    Bag for Christmas

    I'm so disappointed with this company! I ordered a bag thinking I'd get it in time for Christmas, but no such luck. I made my order on December 14th, only to find out on December 19th that my bag hadn't even been shipped yet, even though they created a UPS tracking label. When I reached out to customer service on December 20th, I didn't get much help - they just said my bag was probably stuck in customs in Mexico with no idea when it would arrive. The website promised Christmas delivery, but that was definitely not the case for me. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but the company took 2 days just to process the order - so frustrating!

    Claim for warranty repair

    I recently put in a warranty claim for a bag that had a busted zipper and some straps falling off. I went through all the steps like they said on the website and then just had to wait for an answer. But even after sending in the claim again, I still haven't heard anything back from the company. It's really disappointing to see them not sticking to their "lifetime warranty" promise and not giving the customer service needed to fix problems with their stuff. I'm starting to think that the online claim form is just for show and they don't really care about helping customers.

    Before you buy something on this site, it's super important to check out their return policy. Just so you know, if you have to return something to eBags, they'll hit you with a $7.95 restocking fee FOR EACH ITEM. So, even if you send back a few things in one package, they're still gonna take $7.95 off your refund for each item you're returning. This is probably one of the worst return policies I've seen compared to other online stores. So, now I'm thinking twice about buying more stuff from them in the future.

    I have been a loyal customer of eBags for a while now, and I have always had good experiences with their products and service. But I have to say, my most recent order really let me down. I ran into some problems when trying to track my order because the info on the eBags website didn't match with UPS. The tracking number eBags gave me didn't work on the UPS site, which was super frustrating. And to make matters worse, the delivery date they gave me was totally off, causing even more delays. When I tried to reach out to customer support through their chat function, it wasn't working, and there wasn't even a phone number to call. I had no choice but to send an email. And the response I got was just a generic message about high volumes during peak shopping season, even though it was March. The lack of communication and support from eBags has really let me down as a customer.

    I can't believe how bad the customer service has gotten since this company got taken over. I bought a luggage set and had to return it because it was crap. But getting a return label has been a total nightmare. The link on the website for returns doesn't even work, and when I finally found a phone number (not on the website), I had to wait forever and got disconnected a bunch of times. It's obvious that they don't give a crap about customer service anymore. I'm so let down by the lack of help and I won't be buying from them again. RIP eBags.

    So, here's the deal - my experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I bought a carry-on suitcase from them, and would you believe it - it tore the very first time I used it. Talk about disappointing, right? And to top it off, I found out later that they actually dropped the price of the luggage right after I bought it, but I missed the chance to get a refund because of their stupid price match policy.

    When I reached out to their customer service about all of this, they were seriously useless and just brushed off my concerns. They told me to talk to the manufacturer for warranty stuff, who then had the nerve to ask me to pay for shipping on a replacement. Can you believe that? And on top of that, eBags didn't even want to give me a refund for the price difference and straight up hung up on me while I was chatting with their online rep. Rude, right?

    Honestly, this kind of treatment is just not okay with me. I definitely won't be shopping with them again after all of this.

    Late holiday gift

    Ebags used to be really awesome, but lately they've been disappointing. I ordered a Christmas gift that was supposed to arrive by the 24th, but it's still stuck at the warehouse and now they keep pushing back the delivery date. I reached out to customer service and they mentioned shipping problems, but why guarantee Christmas delivery if they know it's not possible?? It's frustrating. I'm over companies that don't prioritize their customers!

I mean, after I hit that order button, I didn't even get a confirmation email. And to top it off, they took my money! I tried reaching out to their customer service through live chat during regular business hours like they said on the website, but it was a dead end. And when I attempted to call them, all I got was a voicemail saying sorry for missing my call before they hung up. Like, come on, that's just not cool. This whole situation is just not how you treat customers.
