I really liked the plus size clothing I bought, it was great quality. The sizes were accurate as long as I checked the measurements. I'm glad they have different "alternative" styles in plus sizes and longer tops, which can be tough to find. Even though the items were from China, they arrived pretty quickly, just a couple of weeks. I've ordered from them a few times now and never had any problems with the products or the service.

The backpack I bought came with a lifetime warranty, but I had a problem with the stitching after using it for a few months. I tried reaching out to customer service several times - by phone, email, and even on social media - but I didn't hear back from them for over a month. It's frustrating that they're not keeping their end of the deal with the warranty, which basically makes it useless.
