    I gotta say, I've been blown away by the amazing quality and classic styles of the clothes this brand has.     Carry-on luggage

    So, here's the deal - my experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I bought a carry-on suitcase from them, and would you believe it - it tore the very first time I used it. Talk about disappointing, right? And to top it off, I found out later that they actually dropped the price of the luggage right after I bought it, but I missed the chance to get a refund because of their stupid price match policy.

    When I reached out to their customer service about all of this, they were seriously useless and just brushed off my concerns. They told me to talk to the manufacturer for warranty stuff, who then had the nerve to ask me to pay for shipping on a replacement. Can you believe that? And on top of that, eBags didn't even want to give me a refund for the price difference and straight up hung up on me while I was chatting with their online rep. Rude, right?

    Honestly, this kind of treatment is just not okay with me. I definitely won't be shopping with them again after all of this.

    I didn't realize it was a subscription and ended up getting charged twice for some nasty stuff. The customer service guy was really rude and not helpful at all, just seemed to care about taking my money.

    Clear aligners purchase

    Getting clear aligners was super easy and convenient. I liked that I could do everything from home and not have to keep going back and forth to the orthodontist. The aligners were really comfy and I could see my teeth getting into the right spot as time went by. The customer service folks were quick to respond and answered all my questions. All in all, I'm happy with how everything went and how my teeth are looking so far.

    Latest product update

    I just wanted to check out the latest update for this awesome music software I use, and man was I disappointed! I've been a fan for so many years and spent so much of my allowance on upgrades, but now they just stopped supporting the gear I have. Like, what's the deal with that?! And to top it off, they sent out some sneaky bug to mess up my stuff right after they stopped supporting it. And now they want me to buy this super pricey and not even that great controller instead. Ugh, so not cool!
