Kontakt and Komplete software
I've been using Kontakt and Komplete for a few years now, and overall, I've been pretty happy with how they work. Recently though, I've had some troubles getting Kontakt to work properly on my high-definition monitor. Some of the issues were my fault, but some were definitely because of how Native Instruments' software is set up. Still, I have to give a shoutout to their customer support team - they knew their stuff and helped me out quickly. It's nice to see that Kontakt and other software from Native Instruments keep getting better and easier to use.
Recent purchase of software and equipment
So, I bought some software and gear from this company and gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good they work. The software is easy to figure out and the gear is super sturdy. I've been making some awesome music and beats with these tools.
Computer software
I was so disappointed with the customer service, it's like you can only talk to a real person if you pay extra. I deal with a lot of companies, but this one is definitely the worst when it comes to customer service!
Music software purchase
I just bought some music software from a popular company and I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about how it doesn't work well with my other programs. I've got all these music tools that I use, but this new software doesn't seem to wanna play nice with any of them. It's turning into a headache trying to make it work with my usual workflow, and it's frustrating for me as a musician who needs things to flow smoothly between different programs. I like to mix things up and experiment in my creative process, but this software is just getting in the way instead of helping out.
Broke DJ Mixer
So like, I got this DJ mixer and the fader broke real fast. Seriously, it's a basic part that should last longer. I tried to get a replacement part, but they were like "nah, you gotta send it back to us". And that's gonna cost me a bunch of money to fix. It's like they don't even care about EU laws or customer rights. I'm never buying their stuff again, it's just not worth it.

This new music software is just awful, eh? The updates keep messing everything up and the customer service is terrible. It seems like they only care about money, not us music creators. I just want to make some cool beats, but now I'm stuck fixing all their mistakes.
Faulty software installation
I can't get Native Access 2 to open on my computer that's running Windows 10. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but it still won't let me load Maschine 2 software correctly, so I can't use my Maschine Mrk3. It's so frustrating to have equipment that's basically useless because of software problems. This German engineering fail has been a major headache - steer clear of this company and its products.
Native Instruments purchase
I recently bought DJ software from a well-known music production company that I've been using for years. While I've been a loyal customer, I've noticed that their products don't quite measure up to what their competitors offer. Even though I've invested in their top-of-the-line hardware controllers like the Traktor Kontrol S5 and S8, I've been disappointed by the lack of support and updates for these devices. Their prices are pretty high, and I think their products are starting to fall behind in the fast-moving world of music technology. So, I've decided to switch to a competitor, like Serato Pro, and get a new controller that better fits my needs.
App keeps crashing on Mac
Oh my gosh, seriously? So I bought this app and it keeps crashing on my Mac whenever I try to use it. I just want to make some sick beats and it's totally killing my vibe. Plus, I have to install products one by one? Like, who has time for that? Why can't they just make it work properly all at once? And their customer service? Don't even get me started, ugh.
Quick purchase of software
I'm so annoyed with the terrible customer service and the super slow downloads of stuff I already bought. It's crazy that there's no phone support and only a limited chat available at certain times. Trying to get help or buy new things shouldn't be this hard. This whole system just sucks up my time and ruins the whole experience.
Drumming VST purchase
I got this Drumming VST and was really looking forward to using it. But man, the download process was a total mess. First, I had to get this thing called "Kontakt," which was all good. But then I had to download "Native Access," and that's where things went downhill. My computer and online searches just couldn't open the file type, and I kept getting all these error codes. It was frustrating and took up so much time. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Just save yourself the trouble and find a better digital music library service. Hopefully, word will get around and they'll end up going out of business.
Software purchase
The customer service from this software developer is terrible. They delete comments and close support requests without fixing problems. It's annoying when they ask for feedback, but then ignore questions about product support and updates. Also, they sell products like Guitar Rig 7 and then charge you again when you upgrade to Komplete, without giving a discount for the duplicate purchase. They even stopped supporting certain products like Guitar Rig Control and Maschine 1, without considering how it affects their customers.
music production software
I bought music production software from this company and ran into problems with it. When I tried reaching out for help from their customer service, it was super hard to get the support I needed. They didn't have a phone number or an email address for customer inquiries. It was so annoying and let me down not being able to contact customer support.
