    Music software purchase

    I just bought some music software from a popular company and I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about how it doesn't work well with my other programs. I've got all these music tools that I use, but this new software doesn't seem to wanna play nice with any of them. It's turning into a headache trying to make it work with my usual workflow, and it's frustrating for me as a musician who needs things to flow smoothly between different programs. I like to mix things up and experiment in my creative process, but this software is just getting in the way instead of helping out.

    Faulty software installation

    I can't get Native Access 2 to open on my computer that's running Windows 10. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but it still won't let me load Maschine 2 software correctly, so I can't use my Maschine Mrk3. It's so frustrating to have equipment that's basically useless because of software problems. This German engineering fail has been a major headache - steer clear of this company and its products.

    I recently bought DJ software from a well-known music production company that I've been using for years. While I've been a loyal customer, I've noticed that their products don't quite measure up to what their competitors offer. Even though I've invested in their top-of-the-line hardware controllers like the Traktor Kontrol S5 and S8, I've been disappointed by the lack of support and updates for these devices. Their prices are pretty high, and I think their products are starting to fall behind in the fast-moving world of music technology. So, I've decided to switch to a competitor, like Serato Pro, and get a new controller that better fits my needs.

    App keeps crashing on Mac

    Oh my gosh, seriously? So I bought this app and it keeps crashing on my Mac whenever I try to use it. I just want to make some sick beats and it's totally killing my vibe. Plus, I have to install products one by one? Like, who has time for that? Why can't they just make it work properly all at once? And their customer service? Don't even get me started, ugh.

    Quick purchase of software

    I'm so annoyed with the terrible customer service and the super slow downloads of stuff I already bought. It's crazy that there's no phone support and only a limited chat available at certain times. Trying to get help or buy new things shouldn't be this hard. This whole system just sucks up my time and ruins the whole experience.

    Drumming VST purchase

    I got this Drumming VST and was really looking forward to using it. But man, the download process was a total mess. First, I had to get this thing called "Kontakt," which was all good. But then I had to download "Native Access," and that's where things went downhill. My computer and online searches just couldn't open the file type, and I kept getting all these error codes. It was frustrating and took up so much time. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Just save yourself the trouble and find a better digital music library service. Hopefully, word will get around and they'll end up going out of business.

    The customer service from this software developer is terrible. They delete comments and close support requests without fixing problems. It's annoying when they ask for feedback, but then ignore questions about product support and updates. Also, they sell products like Guitar Rig 7 and then charge you again when you upgrade to Komplete, without giving a discount for the duplicate purchase. They even stopped supporting certain products like Guitar Rig Control and Maschine 1, without considering how it affects their customers.

    I bought music production software from this company and ran into problems with it. When I tried reaching out for help from their customer service, it was super hard to get the support I needed. They didn't have a phone number or an email address for customer inquiries. It was so annoying and let me down not being able to contact customer support.

    I ordered something and they said it would come in 3 days, but it never showed up! I sent so many emails and no one replied. Luckily, I paid with Paypal, so I could make a claim. When I did, they finally responded but told me to cancel the claim to get a refund. What a scam! I wish I had checked here first before wasting my time with them. Don't buy from them!

    Latest product update

    I just wanted to check out the latest update for this awesome music software I use, and man was I disappointed! I've been a fan for so many years and spent so much of my allowance on upgrades, but now they just stopped supporting the gear I have. Like, what's the deal with that?! And to top it off, they sent out some sneaky bug to mess up my stuff right after they stopped supporting it. And now they want me to buy this super pricey and not even that great controller instead. Ugh, so not cool!

    Ultimate update on Xmas sale

    I've been a customer for over ten years now and I've generally been pretty happy with the products, even though there have been problems with customer service and not getting the support they promised. But my recent run-in with the customer service folks has been a total letdown. I bought the Ultimate update on sale and I still haven't gotten the download links, even after trying to reach out to them multiple times. The fact that they're not responding or helping out is just not cool, and I'm thinking about doing something about it to get this sorted out.

    Maschine Mikro MK3

    I'm really frustrated because I haven't been getting proper guidance for updates and troubleshooting. The support I've been getting is not enough, and it takes way too long to find solutions for my problems. Even though I've been putting in a lot of effort into marketing, the customer service I've been receiving doesn't meet my expectations. The notifications I keep getting are more annoying than helpful. It's disappointing to see that there are compatibility issues between the MK3 and MK2, making me think about switching to a different brand.

    Kontakt and Komplete software

    I've been using Kontakt and Komplete for a few years now, and overall, I've been pretty happy with how they work. Recently though, I've had some troubles getting Kontakt to work properly on my high-definition monitor. Some of the issues were my fault, but some were definitely because of how Native Instruments' software is set up. Still, I have to give a shoutout to their customer support team - they knew their stuff and helped me out quickly. It's nice to see that Kontakt and other software from Native Instruments keep getting better and easier to use.

    Traktor 2 software

    I just bought the Traktor 2 software and tried to use it with Native Access, but it was so annoying. The Native Access system makes me have to sign in every time to use the software, and I think that's intrusive and limiting. It feels like the company is holding my own software hostage. I'm worried about whether this is even legal and I might have to do something about it. Overall, my experience with this product and Native Access has been really disappointing and frustrating.
