I've been sticking with them since day one and gotta admit, they're one of the best companies around. Their stuff is top quality and actually does what they say it will. Delayed delivery
I was really looking forward to getting my order from this company, but man, it's turned into a total nightmare. I got an email asking me to rate my experience before I even got my stuff. Like, how can I rate something I don't even have yet? It's been weeks now and I still haven't received my items. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all I get are these vague answers and promises that my stuff is coming soon. Honestly, at this point, I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever actually get my order. This whole situation has been frustrating and just really disappointing.

It took the customer support team a whole week to reply to my email, and when they finally did, they weren't really helpful and didn't give me any solutions to my problem. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they just ignored me completely. It left me feeling frustrated and like they weren't listening at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying this product. The company's lack of respect for customers is disappointing and could really damage their reputation, eh.
