This was seriously the worst customer experience ever. I asked for help multiple times and got nothing. I was so frustrated and let down. I wasted my money on this product that ended up being worthless. It's the worst feeling when you put your money into something and can't even make it work. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

My lifetime licensed YTC2 suddenly stopped working, and when I reached out for support, I was told there was a problem and an update was coming. I waited for a while but when I checked back, they said there won't be an update and I have to buy a subscription. The first year deal was good, but the price went up a lot after that. Now, I'll be looking for something else that suits me better. The support team was nice, but I'm really let down that my lifetime license is almost useless now and they want me to switch to a subscription.

So they ended up buying the app I always used, and now they're trying to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for the new version!

I'm really disappointed with the lack of support from this company, eh. They say they're available 24/7 but I haven't heard back from their support team at all, eh. I've sent a bunch of emails and haven't got a single reply, eh. Makes me feel frustrated and abandoned as a customer, eh. It's not cool for a company to ignore its customers like this, eh.

I was so disappointed with the app I bought from this company. It used to let me download videos, but then it stopped working on Youtube. Even though they said they would fix it with a subscription, Softorino didn't do anything and just ended the app. They tried to make us sign up for their service instead. It felt like they tricked us, and I was upset with how they didn't tell us what was going on or help us out.

The product is really awesome and the customer service is top-notch. I had an issue that was fixed within a few hours. It's a great company to do business with.

I've bought three universal licenses since December 2022, but I still can't get past the subscription panel with two different email accounts. It's frustrating that the support team hasn't been helpful at all, even though I've been reaching out to them through email for help.
