CommunicationI'm really disappointed with the lack of support from this company, eh. They say they're available 24/7 but I haven't heard back from their support team at all, eh. I've sent a bunch of emails and haven't got a single reply, eh. Makes me feel frustrated and abandoned as a customer, eh. It's not cool for a company to ignore its customers like this, eh.
Universal License Subscription
Universal License Subscription
CommunicationI loved the software when I first tried it, it was great. But after I purchased the Universal License Subscription, that's when things started to go downhill. I had some issues with it and didn't receive much assistance, so I had to request a refund. As a French Canadian who isn't fluent in English, it made things even more difficult. They mistakenly believed I was in France and ended up charging me in euros on my bill, causing a lot of confusion. I felt guilty about asking for a refund, but I had no other option.
Software purchase issue
Software purchase issue
CommunicationI bought this software a few months back and it was all good until my computer crashed. When I tried to install the software on my new device, I had a problem with the serial number. I reached out to customer service, but they didn't get back to me right away which was a bit disappointing. Eventually, though, the company fixed the issue and now the software is working perfectly on my new computer. It was a bit frustrating at first, but in the end, everything turned out alright.
