This was seriously the worst customer experience ever. I asked for help multiple times and got nothing. I was so frustrated and let down. I wasted my money on this product that ended up being worthless. It's the worst feeling when you put your money into something and can't even make it work. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

The product is really awesome and the customer service is top-notch. I had an issue that was fixed within a few hours. It's a great company to do business with.

I just got myself an upgrade for the app because my old version wasn't jiving with the new Mac OS. The folks in customer service were super nice and even hooked me up with a deal to try out all the apps for a really good price for the next year. It'll be handy to see how much I like them and figure out if I want to keep paying the regular yearly fee down the line. The apps are working great, and I've always been a fan of their software.
