Video editing software
I bought this video editing software from the company and it's amazing, eh. It's got so many features and tools to make your videos look pro, and the customer service is top-notch, I tell you. Whenever I have a tech problem, they're quick to help and don't stop until it's fixed, eh. You can really tell they're pros and they're kind too. I'd definitely suggest this company if you need video editing software, for sure.
Surveillance video file recovery software purchase
I bought the software after seeing a good review on YouTube. But when I tried to get back my video files from my surveillance system, the software said the files were messed up. Customer service wasn't much help, they wanted me to send them files to figure out what was wrong. I shouldn't have to do their job for a product I spent money on! I asked for my money back during the 7-day trial, but they said no at first.
NVR and cameras
The support from this company is amazing, eh! I've got a bunch of cameras connected to their NVR and they're all unique, so it can be tricky when things go wrong. But whenever I reach out to them, they always do a great job fixing everything up. I don't need to call them often, but when I do, they're always so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how they make me feel reassured about their products, eh.
Video Editing Software
I just bought this video editing software thinking it would be super easy to add text, combine videos, and edit my projects. But, turns out it's way too complicated and hard to handle. The basic editing features are missing and it's really annoying to use. Feels like I need to edit my videos before even using the software, which kinda defeats the whole point. Hoping they make some updates to make it more user-friendly and actually useful in the future.

I bought this face editing software, eh, and had some trouble trying to connect it to Facebook, you know. I tried a bunch of times, but couldn't figure out how to put in the code they sent to my email for verification. It was super frustrating and disappointing because I couldn't use all the cool features of the software, eh.
Seven-day product trial
The seven-day free trial tricked me because they charged me for the product right away and started sneaking in expensive extras without clearly telling me. If you don't see the email, you only have three days to cancel those add-ons. Keep an eye on your inbox and watch out for any extra fees. I reached out to them to stop the service and they gave me a credit for one month, but they had already taken a big chunk of money from my account. Make sure to keep an eye on your automatic monthly payments to prevent surprise charges.

I've been using a video editing software's free version for a while now, and when they added all these new A.I. add-ons, I decided to go for the full version. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The free version was already great, but the full version blew me away. It's hard to put into words; you really need to try it for yourself. Plus, the customer service was amazing. The staff is professional, polite, and really know their stuff. This software has everything I need in a video editing program, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm thrilled with my experience and can't wait for future updates. I'm a customer for life now!

I just bought the MobileTrans software to move some data around, but man, was I ever let down by how poorly it worked. I tried again and again, but it just couldn't get my data transferred right. And when I asked for a refund, the customer service was a total mess - they didn't know what they were doing and couldn't even communicate properly. My advice to others would be to stay away from this company if you don't want to throw away your cash and time.

This company is just terrible, eh! I bought new software from them and they totally ripped me off. I've tried reaching out so many times but they just keep ignoring me, eh. It's been a whole week now and still no activation codes. Can you believe that? Total rip off, eh!

I was trying to cancel my stock footage subscription because they charged me without my permission after the free trial. I attempted to reach customer service, but their chatbot was completely useless. The only choice left was to call a number in the USA. I had to go as far as cancelling my debit card to prevent them from taking more money. Dealing with this dishonest company has been a real pain in the neck trying to get a refund.

The software keeps freezing and crashing all the time when I try to work with a lot of footage. It's pretty much impossible to edit those long documentaries with over 10 hours of raw footage. It's better for shorter social media stuff.

This product has been such a letdown! I bought it thinking it would easily import files from my NAS, but nope, that didn't happen. Dealing with this basic function not working properly is so frustrating! It's like I wasted my time and money.
Misleading 7-day free trial
I was pretty disappointed with that 7-day free trial they were offering. It turned out it only covered part of my order, which was not made clear at all. I felt kind of tricked and annoyed about it. But when I mentioned my Right of Withdrawal within the EU, the customer service team said they would refund my order, which was nice of them.
