Filmora software subscription
Filmora software is pretty much what I'm looking for, but that 'Free' subscription? Total scam. They need to provide a more fair trial without suddenly canceling your subscription. Watch out for surprise charges for stuff you never wanted. This kind of thing should be against the law.
Email Support for Expired Subscription
So yeah, I had a problem where my subscription ran out and I was like oh nooooooo what am I gonna dooooo so I sent an email to support and BAM Nico replied real fast and sorted everything out! So amazing!
Chromebook case
I called to ask about a case for my Chromebook and was really happy with how fast and helpful the response was. The customer service rep gave me an Amazon link to buy the case, which made things way simpler for me. It was great talking to actual humans instead of robots, and it made the experience feel more personal. All in all, I was really impressed with the help I got.
