Used it for the first time last week, late night while drinking coffee, and my first impression was, uh, messy — kept asking me to restart my phone. I fiddled, thinned patience, called support a couple times. Not perfect. Then one morning it just synced and stayed. I actually smiled. Little quirks remain, but it does the job for sure.

I saw this in a promoted clip and a friend had suggested it, so I bit — after hesitating because it looked cheap and the reviews were mixed, but the interface looked decent. I needed to move iPhone data to Android urgently so I downloaded MobileTrans. It just wouldn't finish the transfer after several tries. I opened a support ticket, uploaded screenshots and logs they asked for, then they told me to reinstall (which I did, twice). Still nothing. Meanwhile I paid for a different tool that worked on the first try (annoying). I asked for a refund since it was a technical fail, but the response was slow and not helpful. I expected better; feel wary now, honestly.

I just bought the MobileTrans software to move some data around, but man, was I ever let down by how poorly it worked. I tried again and again, but it just couldn't get my data transferred right. And when I asked for a refund, the customer service was a total mess - they didn't know what they were doing and couldn't even communicate properly. My advice to others would be to stay away from this company if you don't want to throw away your cash and time.
