    Flight cancellation, customer service experience

    I had a rough time with this airline recently. My flight got cancelled because of a storm, which I get is not their fault. But man, the lack of communication and help was just not cool. When I went up to the airline desk, the staff there seemed totally lost and couldn't give any details about refunds or helping us find a place to stay. The whole customer service vibe was just terrible, with the employees lacking in professionalism and skill.

    Pair of shoes too small

    What a disappointment! I ordered a pair of shoes in size 41, but when they showed up, they fit more like a size 38. I've got shoes from all sorts of brands and this is the first time I've had such a big problem with sizing. When I emailed customer service about it, they were just terrible and not helpful at all.

    Re-crafting payment issue

    I had a bit of a problem with Allen Edmonds when I tried to pay for re-crafting services. They used to take checks but now they want you to write down your credit card details instead. With all the worry about credit card fraud nowadays, this seems like a pretty risky and annoying policy for customers. It's too bad to see a company known for great products and service make a choice that could harm their customers.

    Design sign purchase

    Constructing my design online was really simple and didn't give me much trouble. I liked that there were many different font sizes to choose from, but it did end up costing a bit more than some other options out there. It was surprising how fast my sign made its way from Florida all the way to Hawaii. There was just one letdown - I couldn't locate a wire hanging kit to use on the ceiling, so I had to place a separate order for that. Even with that hiccup, I'm happy with how the final product turned out. It's exactly what I had in mind, so I can't complain too much.

    College graduation celebration at a hotel in Jamaica

    Sorry bud, but let me tell you about my run-in with this one employee, Ms. Simpson - a real piece of work, I tell ya. Totally rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude for no reason, rolling her eyes and disrespecting me the whole time we were talking. Ended up having to cancel the package she hooked me up with because of her terrible attitude. The hotel itself was alright, beds were comfy, and the food was decent. Can't knock the view from my room either. But Ms. Simpson really put a damper on things. They should really think about giving her some training in how to treat guests right. On the other hand, folks like Guest Service Stassi Duncan were top-notch, professional and friendly as can be.

    Despite screwing up my reservation dates at first, I gotta say I was pretty impressed with the customer service I got from the rep I talked to. Plamen was super helpful and chill when he helped me switch up my reservation. His communication was on point and he was all about solving my problem. He made a potentially stressful situation a whole lot easier. I'm grateful for all the work he put in to fix things up quickly. Thanks a bunch, Plamen!

    I was totally amazed when I sent in my trusty multi-tool for a blade replacement recently. I've had the Leatherman Wave for 16 years and was kind of reluctant to let it go, even for just a bit. But let me tell you, the service they provided was top-notch. They not only replaced the blades quickly, but they also tightened and cleaned all the other tools on the multi-tool.     So, I recently made this mistake of ordering 2 shirts online and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. Like, I got the confirmation for my order and everything, right? And then I was like waiting and waiting for the delivery notice, but it never showed up. I waited for weeks, but those shirts just never arrived. So finally I was just like, you know what? I gotta do something about this. So, I went down to the Post Office to see what’s up. But like, they couldn’t help me at all. So frustrating, right? I was out $50, man. So then I called the company's customer service, thinking they'd help me out. But nope, they just straight up refused to give me a refund. Like, how rude is that? They gotta show more care for their customers, seriously. So, fair warning - don’t ever buy from this company online, okay?
