    Vinyl record album purchase

    I just bought a vinyl record album from an online store and it was a bummer. The shipping details were late and the tracking number didn't really work, so I couldn't keep an eye on my order. When it finally showed up, the gatefold cover was all messed up with big creases and bends all over. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they weren't helpful and their ads were deceiving. All in all, I was left feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

    I just put in a pre-order for something my son really wanted. After waiting for weeks, I called customer service and found out there were like 4900 orders before mine. I was so frustrated by the lack of info, so I went to a different company and ordered it without any backlogs. Now, I'm waiting for an email confirming the cancellation of my pre-order, but I doubt I'll even get one. Dealing with this company has been really disappointing. Better to go with companies you can trust, even if it costs a bit more.

    2 orders, both damaged

    I ordered two things and they both came messed up and some stuff was missing. They gave me only two options - a small refund or send it back without tracking. I chose the refund because I didn't feel like dealing with it. After I sent it back, they took forever to respond and I got all anxious. I'm never buying from them again!

    DVD purchase deception

    They advertised an unrated Caligula DVD, but what I received was a cut and censored version. I specifically sought out the UNCUT version for its controversial and shocking content, but Deep Discount failed to deliver. Despite my attempts to cancel within an hour of ordering, they still sent me the inferior product. I feel completely ripped off and will not be returning as a customer.

    Funko Soda Pre-Order

    Deep Discount can be such a joke, eh? I mean, I pre-ordered those 3 Funko sodas over 2 years ago, and still no sign of them. Can you believe it? And when I finally contacted customer service, they were so rude. They had the nerve to talk about charging a restocking fee for things I never got in the first place. How is that fair, right? It doesn't matter how cheap their prices are if they can't deliver what you bought. They should really rename themselves Deep RipOff.

    I just ordered a Blu-ray from Deep Discount and it looks like my order got lost in the mail. I contacted their customer service for some help, but the response I got wasn't very helpful. The person I talked to just told me to check with the postal service, even though the package was already sent out twice. It was frustrating to not get any real help in fixing the problem.

    Even though I heard some bad things about Deep Discount, I thought I'd give it a shot and ordered some vinyl records. Turns out, it wasn't a great experience. They cancelled my first two orders at the last minute, which was really annoying and inconvenient. When I finally got my third order, only half of the items were there, and it took forever to get a partial refund. Then, they cancelled my fourth order without telling me and only gave me a partial refund. I felt pretty tricked and cheated by them. Overall, my time dealing with Deep Discount was super disappointing and I won't be going back there again.

    Wow, can you believe this online store? They were hyping up this product like crazy on their website and social media, and then poof, it's gone the next day without any explanation. I tried asking them what happened to the item, but they didn't even bother responding. No reply, no reasons given, just a refund 4 days later. Their communication and customer service skills are seriously lacking, eh.

    So, I bought a black dress shirt from this online store not too long ago, eh, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. After I placed my order, I spotted the same shirt at another store for way cheaper and with free shipping to boot. I reached out to customer service right away to see if they could cancel my order or at least give me a price match, but they were no help at all and didn't even bother getting back to me. Ended up getting hit with almost double the price for the exact same shirt, and let me tell ya, it didn't sit well with me. Definitely gonna think twice before I order from them again, that's for sure.

    I ordered a Blu-ray from them but I never received it. I had to ask for a refund and had to get PayPal involved before I finally got my money back. Then they tried to tell me that a preordered item was out of stock, even though I preordered it two months before its release. I'm never shopping here again, they're terrible.

    Deep Discount is literally the worst place to buy vinyl records. They can't even package them right for shipping. My records showed up all bent with split seams. Even the CD cases were cracked. It's almost like they want you to listen to messed up music. I'm never ordering from Deep Discount again, they might as well call themselves Deep Disappointment.

    Halo Megabloks set

    I just bought a Halo Megabloks set from Deep Discount and I was so happy with how it all went down. I hadn't gotten one of these sets in like ten years since they aren't for sale in my country anymore. Deep Discount came through for me by letting me get my hands on a set I'd been really excited about, and they even included shipping in the price. Other sites were asking for crazy high shipping costs, but Deep Discount had a super reasonable price that I didn't mind paying. I'm really happy with my purchase and the great service from Deep Discount.

    My experience ordering from Deep Discount was pretty disappointing, eh. I bought a DVD set, but then I changed my mind and wanted to return it, eh. But then I ran into some problems, ya know. First off, the shipping took forever, and I had to fork out for the shipping even though it was late, eh. And then, when I called customer service to get my money back, they were super rude and not professional at all, ya know what I mean. They only gave me some of my money back, and they kept the tax and restocking fee, and didn't even pay me back for the return shipping, eh. Overall, the whole thing was really frustrating, and I was left feeling unsatisfied with the service, ya know.
