My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered two jackets, but sadly, one of them never showed up, even though they said it did. The other jacket did arrive, but I was disappointed to find out that the inner lining was not what was advertised on the website. It only went up to my belly button, when the picture showed it reaching a bit lower. When I contacted customer service about this problem, they said it was normal, which was really frustrating. The fact that they ship from China and at first refused to give me a refund just made my experience even worse. And now they want me to pay for shipping to send the jacket back to China. I'm really unsatisfied and would advise others to avoid this company.

I'm super frustrated because I can't get my certificate! I've been trying since January, but every time I try to check out, I keep getting an error message. I've sent tons of emails asking for help, but no one ever responds. It's just not fair!

So I just went to CHATTERS for a haircut and some color, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with the service I got from Kennedy, the stylist. She was really skilled and professional the whole time, making sure I was happy and comfortable with how everything turned out. Kennedy's eye for detail and commitment to her work really showed, and I left the salon feeling confident and happy with my new look. The vibe at CHATTERS was really nice and welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better.

My experience ordering was kinda frustrating. It took forever because of technical problems, and my discount code didn't work when I tried to pay. I had to message Customer Service on WhatsApp two times to deal with it. But they got back to me quick and gave me a fix for the discount issue, so fingers crossed it works next time! On the bright side, the product packaging was top-notch and the handbag itself was gorgeous and really well-made.

Deep Discount is literally the worst place to buy vinyl records. They can't even package them right for shipping. My records showed up all bent with split seams. Even the CD cases were cracked. It's almost like they want you to listen to messed up music. I'm never ordering from Deep Discount again, they might as well call themselves Deep Disappointment.

I bought a chair from this company and it was a total disaster. The delivery company they use is a mess. They set a delivery time with very few choices, so I had to take a day off work just to wait. Then, right before the scheduled time, they called to cancel. When I tried to reschedule, they only offered me two other inconvenient options that didn't fit my schedule. The delivery team's lack of flexibility and communication was really frustrating and unprofessional.

The folks at this company really know their stuff and they're super helpful and patient. They've been awesome every step of the way. My website has gotten so much better because of their skills and the helpful resources they provide, like videos and quick support. Now I feel confident managing my site on my own. All in all, UENI is the best choice for making a top-notch website for your business.
