Alpha Explorer Parkas
I recently bought two parkas from this brand and let me tell you, they are super well-made and keep me nice and warm. I had to get the sleeves taken in a bit for a better fit, but now they're just perfect and keep me cozy even when it's freezing outside. I've even discovered that on super cold days, all I need under them is a t-shirt. The parkas clean up nicely at the dry cleaners, and you can remove the fur collars around the hoods to wash them by hand and keep them soft. I did some digging and it seems there are fake products out there from Chinese manufacturers, so it's important to make sure you're getting the real deal made in the USA. Even though the parkas are a bit on the pricey side, they're totally worth it because they last a long time if you take care of them properly.

And get this, my jacket arrived super quickly, in less than 2 weeks. Sure, I had to pay some customs fees since it came from outside Canada, but let me tell you, it was totally worth it for such a fantastic jacket. Bomber jacket purchase with international shipping
I recently bought this awesome bomber jacket from overseas and they took care of all the taxes and customs for me. Placed my order on March 24, 2021, and the shipping went super smoothly. They kept me updated on where my jacket was every step of the way, all the way from the East Coast of the USA to my little spot on a South Thai island. It showed up at my door just three days later, faster than I thought it would! The jacket itself is top-notch quality, but it might be a bit too warm for the weather here. Dissatisfied with sweater purchase
I bought a sweater at your store not too long ago and I made sure to wash it just like the instructions said. But the first time I washed it, little fabric balls started coming off and now I can't wear it anymore. I contacted customer service but they couldn't find anything wrong with the fabric, saying it was perfect even after washing it multiple times. This whole situation has been really disappointing, especially because I'm a loyal customer and really care about the quality of your products.
Product size & return policy
My experience with this online retailer was a letdown. The sizing they suggested on the website was way off, so the jacket I got ended up being much tighter than I thought. Plus, the cost of the product didn't match its quality at all. Dealing with their return policy was a hassle and left me feeling unsatisfied. And to top it off, they didn't even post my negative review on their site, which makes me question how honest they really are.
Two Jackets
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered two jackets, but sadly, one of them never showed up, even though they said it did. The other jacket did arrive, but I was disappointed to find out that the inner lining was not what was advertised on the website. It only went up to my belly button, when the picture showed it reaching a bit lower. When I contacted customer service about this problem, they said it was normal, which was really frustrating. The fact that they ship from China and at first refused to give me a refund just made my experience even worse. And now they want me to pay for shipping to send the jacket back to China. I'm really unsatisfied and would advise others to avoid this company.

N-2B parka
Eh, so I bought this N-2B parka from a US online store cause the UK one didn't have my size. Surprisingly, it only took about 3 weeks to get to me, even with the international shipping. The customer service was top-notch, they were really helpful on the phone and email. The coat itself is great quality, super warm, and definitely worth the money. I'd totally recommend this brand to others, and you can bet I'll be coming back for more.

It's annoying that you don't get a confirmation after purchasing, and the claim that you can cancel within an hour is just not true. The customer service takes so long to respond, it feels like you're waiting forever for a simple answer. Honestly, my shopping experience on their website was terrible. I would recommend checking out other places for similar products, like Bloomingdale's. I'm really disappointed and don't see the point in their offerings anymore.

Unfortunate Purchase
I recently bought this clothing online from this company, hoping to get something good that looked like the pictures and had a good fit. Unfortunately, when I got it, I was really disappointed. It didn't look like the pictures at all and didn't fit right. I contacted customer service to return it within the 14-day "cooling off" period and ask for my money back. At first, they said no and just offered me some discount codes. But after I kept talking to them, they finally agreed to give me my money back. I sent the item back to an address in China like they told me to, and they said I'd get a full refund. But it's been more than two months now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. They're not replying to my emails, and it's really not good. It feels like they took my money and won't give it back.
Damaged generator purchase
I recently bought a generator from this company, and unfortunately, it came in damaged. Not only was the product in bad shape, but I didn't even get a proper receipt for it. When I tried to get help with returning the generator, I didn't get any response to my emails. It seems like the owner just bought the item from Costco and sold it to me. On top of that, UPS came to pick up the generator without any info given in advance. All in all, this whole thing has been frustrating and disappointing. I'd recommend others to stay away from this company if they don't want to end up losing their money.

I ordered a jacket on November 11th and I still haven't got it. Can you believe that? Turns out there's some charge at customs that I didn't know about when I got it. I don't even know how much it is. I tried to cancel my order, but customer service isn't replying. How rude!
