Before you buy anything, I suggest checking out their FAQ section to make sure you don't end up with limited choices that might disappoint you. It's annoying that you don't get a confirmation after purchasing, and the claim that you can cancel within an hour is just not true. The customer service takes so long to respond, it feels like you're waiting forever for a simple answer. Honestly, my shopping experience on their website was terrible. I would recommend checking out other places for similar products, like Bloomingdale's. I'm really disappointed and don't see the point in their offerings anymore.

I ordered a Gravity Blanket two months ago and still haven't gotten it. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I never heard back. I'd recommend avoiding this company.
