CBD capsules and oil
I picked up some CBD capsules and oil, and let me tell you, they're awesome! They really help me chill out and relax when school stress starts getting to me. I usually take them before going to bed and I sleep like a baby afterwards. Even my mom noticed that I've been less grumpy since I started using them. All in all, I'm a big fan and I plan on sticking with them!

I had the best customer service experience at this store recently. I had a problem with my order and called the customer service line. The person I talked to, Chantal, was amazing. She was really nice, patient, and super helpful in fixing my issue. In no time, she found a solution that made me really happy. She was so caring and professional, it was really impressive. I can't thank her enough for her great service. This whole thing has made me want to keep shopping at this store for sure.

Small plants
I bought some small plants and I was really let down with how they looked. When they came, one was totally dead and the others looked half dead. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, and I couldn't believe what they said. They told me to plant the sick plants anyways and wait 6 weeks to see if they improve. Why would I bother putting in time and energy on plants that are obviously not healthy? Their promise of full satisfaction is a joke. I won't be coming back as a customer for sure.

Hey, so I just gotta shout out IK Multimedia for their sick guitar amp sims and awesome customer service! I've tested out a bunch of diff amps and cabinets, but theirs seriously take the cake in terms of sound quality. And don't even get me started on their sweet selection of pedals to really customize your sound. When I ran into a little hiccup with the software, their support team was right on it - it was just a silly search filter goof on my end, but they were quick to respond and helped me sort it out in a flash. Props to them!

Even though there was a little hiccup in the beginning with getting in touch, I gotta say, the customer service crew at the store was so friendly and helpful. High-waisted leggings
The customer service at this place is just awful. Their return policy is a joke, taking 3 weeks to process returns which is totally out of touch. When I called to ask about my return, they couldn't even tell me when they got it. I had to use my USPS tracking number to find out. Every time I called for an update, all they said was "wait three weeks." No other information, no hint of when they got my item, just a cold response to wait. This lack of care and communication is not okay.

Oh man, I had this subscription and the price just kept going up. It was super annoying! I ended up cancelling it, but now I have to constantly sign in, which sucks. Adobe is just the worst.
