Oh my goodness, I was totally pumped to receive my t-shirt from this store, and you know what? It arrived even faster than I thought! The color is almost identical to the one the model had on, so I'm actually really stoked about that. The fabric is super soft and comfy, and the fit is just perfect. I can't wait to rock it out with my friends and flaunt my new shirt!

I gotta tell ya, the customer service was just not there. They made promises they couldn't keep, the product never showed up, and I never got my money back. I had to go so far as to report fraud on my card to sort it all out. Overall, it was a real letdown.

I bought some small plants and I was really let down with how they looked. When they came, one was totally dead and the others looked half dead. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, and I couldn't believe what they said. They told me to plant the sick plants anyways and wait 6 weeks to see if they improve. Why would I bother putting in time and energy on plants that are obviously not healthy? Their promise of full satisfaction is a joke. I won't be coming back as a customer for sure.

I've tested out a bunch of diff amps and cabinets, but theirs seriously take the cake in terms of sound quality. And don't even get me started on their sweet selection of pedals to really customize your sound. When I ran into a little hiccup with the software, their support team was right on it - it was just a silly search filter goof on my end, but they were quick to respond and helped me sort it out in a flash. The customer service at this place is just awful. Their return policy is a joke, taking 3 weeks to process returns which is totally out of touch. When I called to ask about my return, they couldn't even tell me when they got it. I had to use my USPS tracking number to find out. Every time I called for an update, all they said was "wait three weeks." No other information, no hint of when they got my item, just a cold response to wait. This lack of care and communication is not okay.

Oh man, I had this subscription and the price just kept going up. It was super annoying! I ended up cancelling it, but now I have to constantly sign in, which sucks. Adobe is just the worst.
