The sizing at this store is so frustrating. I tried to follow the size guide, but still ended up with the wrong size. The worst part is if you want to exchange or return, you have to pay for shipping yourself. And all you get back is store credit, which is useless if you don't need more fancy dresses. It's just not worth the hassle.

I ordered my daughter's Senior Ball dress and it still hasn't been shipped. The customer service has been terrible, they lied about the dress being available and just keep giving us excuses. So frustrating!
