Two Dress Purchase
I just bought two dresses from this online store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality overall. These dresses were real nice in person and looked like they were made with good materials. But you know, I did run into a couple issues that I need to talk about.<br><br>So, one of the dresses I got had sequins and glitter falling off like crazy, leaving a huge mess everywhere. I had to go try it on in the garage so I wouldn't make a disaster in my house. I tried calling customer service and left a voicemail, but I still haven't heard back from them. That lack of response has left me feeling let down and frustrated.<br><br>On top of that, the other dress I bought was way too long - like it was made for a giant or something. The bottom of the dress was designed in a way that made it hard for my alterations lady to make any changes. Now, I'm worried about wearing it as is because I might end up tripping and falling.<br><br>All in all, even with these issues, the dresses were really nice and good quality. I might shop on this website again, but I really hope they step up their game with customer service and getting the sizing right in the future.
Two dresses
I thought the dresses I bought were pretty good quality, but I was kind of disappointed with how confusing the return policy was. This guy Wayne from customer service was nice on the phone, but returning the dresses was a pain. Not being able to get a refund for unworn items in the wrong sizes didn't sit well with me. So, I ended up having to alter both dresses quite a bit. I get that they have their policy written down and all, but maybe they could make it clearer to avoid upsetting customers. Just so you know, I saw those same dresses at Nordstrom for the same price, but with way better return options. I really did like the dresses I got, but this whole return situation has basically turned me off from shopping there again.
Dresses

Ordering is super easy and stress-free, so I can always find the perfect dress for any event. The customer service team is awesome too - they're always so helpful and know their stuff. The prices are fair and the products are definitely worth it. Plus, my dresses arrive quickly and in perfect condition. I'm really happy with my purchases here and will definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Wedding dress
Let me just say, this wedding dress is absolutely stunning! When I ordered it, I wasn't sure how it would look in person, but it's even more beautiful than the picture. The detailing is amazing and it fits perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And it arrived in Iceland in just 8 days which was the icing on the cake. Everything was perfect, no missing pieces or signs of damage. I can't wait to wear this dress on my wedding day and am sure it will turn heads.

Oh my goodness, this outfit is absolutely gorgeous! Just like everyone else mentioned, it's totally stunning. The shipping was crazy fast, and my mom was totally shocked by how quickly it got here. The only bummer is that a few of the beads are starting to come loose, so it would be awesome if they could do something about that. But overall, I'm so excited to rock this outfit at my school dance!
Beautiful dress for daughter's pageant
I was a bit unsure about buying from a new website, eh, but I just couldn't resist this stunning dress for my daughter's pageant in September, you know? It arrived super fast and fit her like a glove. We're absolutely thrilled with how nice it is and the design is beautiful. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again, for sure!
Prom dress purchase
The prom dress I got from this company was just gorgeous, and it looked exactly how it did online. Plus, it was way cheaper than the one I saw in a store nearby. I decided to pay extra for fast shipping, and I was super happy when the dress showed up quickly and all wrapped up in a fancy dress bag on a hanger. I'm really happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back to Couture Candy for any future events.
Emerald dress, size medium
The emerald dress that I got was honestly so beautiful, the material was gorgeous and the colour was stunning. It really was a showstopper. But man, when I tried it on, the slit was way too high for my 5'2 self, which was a buzzkill. Also, even though I'm only 115 pounds, the size medium was still a bit snug on me. Kinda disappointing, but I'll probably just save it for a wedding party or something.
Daughter's dress purchase
I was totally impressed by how fast my order arrived from this online store. The delivery went without a hitch and they kept me updated at every turn. The dress I got for my daughter looked just like it did on the website, so that was a nice surprise. Gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went with this store and I'll definitely be shopping here again for more clothes in the future.
Cocktail dress purchase
Even though there was a little hiccup in the beginning with getting in touch, I gotta say, the customer service crew at the store was so friendly and helpful. They made sure my dress arrived right on time, and it did. The dress itself was top-notch quality, and I couldn't be happier with my buy. I'll be coming back to shop here again real soon!
Nice dress, timely arrival, disappointed delivery
So I recently picked up this really nice dress from an online shop and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with it overall. The dress itself looked amazing and it came pretty quickly. But I gotta be honest, I was kinda bummed out with how it was delivered. The plastic bag it was in looked all worn out and the hanger was totally busted. And there was like no extra padding or anything inside the box, so the dress was just bouncing around in there during shipping. I've gotten similar stuff before that was packaged really nicely with extra protection, so I was kinda surprised this dress wasn't the same. Hopefully they step up their game and package things more carefully in the future so everything arrives in one piece and in good shape.
Bargain formal dresses
I found some amazing formal dresses on sale at this site, eh! The shipping was super fast and the packaging was top-notch. I did get one dress that had a minor issue, but I think that was more the manufacturer's fault than Couture Candy's. Overall, I found some amazing deals and the service was great, eh!
