Customer service experience
I had a question when I was shopping online and decided to contact customer service for help. The first person I talked to couldn't help me, but they transferred me to someone else who was able to quickly and professionally assist me. I was happy with how things turned out and liked how smoothly they passed me on to the next person. In the end, my customer service experience was good and made me think highly of the brand.
Nike trainers purchase
So, I bought these wicked trainers online and I gotta say, it was a top-notch experience. They were originally $175 but I snagged ‘em for $61.50 on sale - what a steal, eh? Plus, I got an extra 10% off and free shipping, making it even sweeter. The trainers showed up real quick, thanks to Evri, and when I tried them on, they fit like a glove and were super high quality. The packaging was all good, no one had messed with them before me. Honestly, I’m stoked about my purchase and would totally recommend this online shop to anyone.
Quick delivery fail
I ordered from this online store thinking my stuff would come the next day, but that didn't happen at all. Their "next day delivery" service was a disaster. I placed my order on a Monday, expecting it by Tuesday, but it was nowhere to be found by Tuesday evening. When I contacted their customer service through chat, it took forever to get a response and they were so vague. They couldn't even tell me if my package had been sent out. Finally, on Wednesday, I found out the courier picked it up, but it wasn't for same-day delivery. Another frustrating chat on Wednesday night just made me even more annoyed. And now it's Friday, and my clothes still haven't come, even though I ordered them on Monday for a weekend trip. What a mess and waste of time.

I just ordered some clothes from this online shop I've been buying from for a while now. I was kind of bummed out with how the return went this time. Don't bother wasting your time and money with this online store. I've had so many problems with my orders, like getting totally wrong stuff. And to make matters worse, I had to fork over a ton of cash for customs fees, something I never had to deal with when shopping at other European stores. The customer service is nothing to write home about, and their apologies are just not genuine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of shopping here.

So I requested to speak to a manager, but they were useless too. ASOS didn't even bother to mention that my annual delivery subscription had expired and tried to charge me for next day delivery! Both of them were really rude and kept blaming me. It was honestly the worst customer service experience ever, like, seriously.
