I needed new shirts for spring work trips, so I placed an order and used the advertised 15% promo. A few items didn't fit, I returned most of the order and expected the refund to reflect the same discount proportionally. Instead the refund was short by about $2.50 — they'd subtracted the full promo amount rather than applying it to the reduced subtotal. Contacted chat, finally got a person who refused to adjust it, said I could still return the two shirts, which isn't realistic after wearing them while waiting weeks for the refund. The shirts themselves are fine, fit okay, not exceptional. Not a disaster but the handling of money and customer contact was sloppy and disappointing. I probably won't order from them again unless this changes.
