Online shopping experience
I've been feeling a bit unsure about my time on this website. I do like that there's a lot of products to choose from and the website is easy to use, but I've had some issues with the customer service. Some of the agents I've talked to weren't very helpful and kind of brushed off my concerns, which is frustrating. Also, I wasn't happy about hearing that they're going to start charging a fee for returns under a certain amount. I really appreciate being able to return things for free online, so this change has me thinking twice about shopping here often.
