Registry cleaner issue
I just ran into a problem with my ABBYY software after running a new anti-virus registry cleaner, and it messed up my ABBYY Finereader pro. I decided to shoot an email to their support team, and to my surprise, they got back to me super fast and fixed the issue without any trouble. The support folks were so nice and professional, they made the whole thing easy. Even though I have an older version of the software, the support I got was top-notch. It's refreshing to see a company that still cares about customers with older products. ABBYY support really shines when it comes to customer service, in my opinion.
Lingvo Dictionary, FineReader
I recently bought the Lingvo Dictionary and FineReader from your company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The Lingvo Dictionary has so many different dictionaries on different topics which have been super useful for my research and work. And the FineReader has totally changed the game for me when it comes to recognizing and pulling text from images easily. Both of these products have gone above and beyond what I was expecting, and I'm really happy with my decision to buy them.
PDF converter software
I just bought some PDF converter software and I was really impressed by how simple it was to set up on both my Windows and MacOS gadgets. It was awesome that I could use the same license code for both systems, which was way better than Adobe's subscription stuff. The installation went super smoothly and the software itself works like a charm, handling even tricky formatting like a pro.
MemoQ support
The support team at this company is amazing! I was having problems with my MemoQ support. I spent $300 trying to fix the issue with no luck. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to this company for help. They quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. I was super impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I definitely recommend their services.
Amazing multilingual dictionary
I can't really say much about the other stuff this company sells, but let me tell you, their multilingual dictionary is just amazing! I use it constantly for different languages.
PDF software purchase regret
Stay away from Abbyy FineReader - it's always lagging, takes forever to start up, and their customer service is not very helpful.
