ComplaintsI was really looking forward to trying out the document conversion software from this company since my coworkers had said such good things about it. But it turned out to be not as great as I had hoped. The ordering process was a bit of a mess, with unclear instructions and slow responses from customer service. Plus, the cost was pretty high compared to other similar software out there, which made me wonder if it was really worth it. And to top it off, the software took forever to arrive because of a delay in delivery. All in all, my experience with this company was a letdown, and I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again.
