ServiceI just ran into a problem with my ABBYY software after running a new anti-virus registry cleaner, and it messed up my ABBYY Finereader pro. I decided to shoot an email to their support team, and to my surprise, they got back to me super fast and fixed the issue without any trouble. The support folks were so nice and professional, they made the whole thing easy. Even though I have an older version of the software, the support I got was top-notch. It's refreshing to see a company that still cares about customers with older products. ABBYY support really shines when it comes to customer service, in my opinion.
