Slow start, surprisingly useful
App & PortalNot the smoothest ride at first, but I still ended up using it. It felt sluggish when I first tried it—startup dragged on and scrolling big PDFs was jerky on my decent laptop. I complained to support and basically got a shrug. I kept at it because the OCR nailed messy scans I needed for taxes. First impression = grumpy. Now I'm reluctantly impressed, though I wouldn't rave about it.
