So, I got this 180° Full Face Snorkel Mask recently and had a bit of a tough time with the shipping at first from a popular online store. But then Bio Part took over and they really went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size and gave me amazing customer service. I really appreciated the personal touch and attention to detail they provided.
As for the mask itself, I am seriously impressed. The design is awesome because you don't have to bite down on the snorkel and it stops fogging up, giving you a clear and wide view underwater. It fits really well and securely, and the extra stuff like the mesh bag and gaskets make it even better. I ordered some really cool stuff from that online store and I was super excited when it arrived! I was expecting it to come from the USA, but it ended up coming all the way from the UK, which was a bit unexpected. I had to pay an additional fee because my bank had to convert the US dollars to British pounds. It took about 10 days for everything to arrive, and they sent each item separately, which was a bit odd. The most annoying part was that I didn't receive any tracking emails until everything was already delivered. And to top it off, the chat feature on their website wasn't even working. But on the positive side, the delivery was quick, everything was packaged really well, and the prices were good.
Double hammock purchase
I was a bit unsure about getting this hammock at first because there weren't many reviews, but I'm really happy that I went for it! Exceeded expectations
I just bought a set of crampons from this company and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how great they are. I decided to give them to my hiking buddy who needed a good pair for snowy and icy trails. He was thrilled with how well they worked in those tough conditions. The rubber pieces on the crampons went easily over his shoes, giving him a solid grip that was better than his old pair. We were both very impressed with how tough and useful these crampons are.
Memory foam lumbar support cushion
I bought a memory foam lumbar support cushion that was really good quality and the customer service was great. But I gotta say, the design was a bit much, especially when it came to the lumbar part. The thick extension made it feel like my back was at a weird angle, and I ended up waking up with back pain every morning. I think either just the depression or just the extension would have been fine, but having both just made the cushion uncomfortable to use.
Camping Gear for DoE Adventure
I just bought some camping gear from that store for my Duke of Edinburgh trip. The service was great, they had really good communication and the staff was super friendly. The gear itself looks amazing and sturdy, exactly what I need for outdoor trips. I haven't actually used it overnight yet, but I'm pretty sure it will work just fine.
Wide calf gaiters
As someone who loves hiking and has big calves, it was always a struggle to find gaiters that fit just right. But I finally found these gaiters that fit my 19-inch calves comfortably with some room to spare. Not only do they fit perfectly, but they are also waterproof, breathable, easy to put on, strong, and easy to clean. The bottom fastening is solid and tough, holding up well on all kinds of terrain. The zippers and velcro closures are also sturdy and last a long time. I was so happy with these gaiters that I ended up buying a second pair after losing my first one in a move.
Universal lightweight tarp (rescue tarp or hammock rainfly)
I just bought the universal lightweight tarp from Unigear, and I gotta say, it's way better than I thought. This tarp is just what you need if you're hiking without a tent or if you want to level up your hammock rainfly game. It's flexible, waterproof, and fits perfectly in my budget and space. Camping mat purchase
The camping mats I ordered arrived in terrible shape - they were all busted up and seemed like they had been used before. So, I got in touch with customer service, and they said I could get a 20% discount if I still wanted them, but I wasn't down with that. I asked for a full refund instead, and they gave it to me right away. I'm glad they fixed things so quickly, but I was bummed about the first offer of just a partial refund.
Ice cleats for safe winter walking
I just bought some ice cleats from this store and honestly, they are awesome. Now I can walk around on icy surfaces without worrying about falling. These cleats have made it so much easier to hike through ravines and along river paths safely. The only downside is that they can be a bit tricky to put on and take off. One thing that helped me was wearing boots that keep them secure all winter long.

I was so disappointed with my experience at Unigear. I ordered some hiking gear online, just to find out that they were out of stock. Like, why even have them on the website if you can't get them? And to top it off, I still haven't got my money back for my order, and it's already been five business days. The lack of communication and transparency is really getting on my nerves.

I just bought a Full Face Snorkel Mask from Unigear and let me tell you, I'm super impressed. I was a bit worried about the shipping time, but the product ended up being even better than I expected. Just picked up this awesome tactical backpack for my cross country mountain biking adventures and it's amazing! There's plenty of space for all my tools, music, and the hydration bladder is massive! It keeps me hydrated all day on the trails and it's really tough. I definitely suggest it if you need a lightweight and roomy pack.
20L dry bag gift
I got a 20L dry bag as a gift and was pretty stoked to give it a try. But the buckle ended up breaking the very first time I used it, so now I can't even use it. I tried getting a replacement from customer service three times, but no luck. The quality of the materials in this product is obviously not that great, and the company didn't give me any help, which makes me hesitant to buy from them again. I wouldn't suggest their stuff to anyone else.
Gloves ordered
I tell ya, I ordered these winter gloves from this company, and let me tell ya, it was a total disaster, eh! I live in Canada, so you know, I had to deal with the long wait for my order to arrive. The gloves were supposed to come from really far away, and I couldn't believe how long it took for them to show up. It's like they were takin' a road trip or somethin'! The tracking information was all over the place, and I had no clue where my package actually was. And when it finally came, I was so disappointed because the gloves were not what I thought at all. They were too small and didn't keep me warm, eh. I was so frustrated with this whole experience, I tell ya!
Insulated mat purchase
I was so happy when my insulated mat arrived quickly. The customer service was great, but sadly the valve was too big for my small pump nozzle. Also, I wish the pump bag was bigger so it would be easier to inflate. Even with these little issues, I can't wait to use my new insulated mat for the first time!
