Returns & RefundsI was so disappointed with my experience at Unigear. I ordered some hiking gear online, just to find out that they were out of stock. Like, why even have them on the website if you can't get them? And to top it off, I still haven't got my money back for my order, and it's already been five business days. The lack of communication and transparency is really getting on my nerves.

So, I got in touch with customer service, and they said I could get a 20% discount if I still wanted them, but I wasn't down with that. I asked for a full refund instead, and they gave it to me right away. I'm glad they fixed things so quickly, but I was bummed about the first offer of just a partial refund.
