Small apartment move
I just moved my small apartment with UPack and I have to say, I'm really happy with their service. The pod showed up on schedule, the staff was super friendly, and the customer service was excellent - no long wait times on the phone, I got to talk to a real person right away. Plus, their prices were way better compared to other pod companies. I would definitely suggest UPack to anyone looking for a moving option.

Online clothing order
Don't bother wasting your time and money with this online store. I've had so many problems with my orders, like getting totally wrong stuff. And to make matters worse, I had to fork over a ton of cash for customs fees, something I never had to deal with when shopping at other European stores. The customer service is nothing to write home about, and their apologies are just not genuine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of shopping here.

I gotta say, the customer service from this company is just amazing! I had an issue with my JETT frenulum vibrator, and was about to order a new one cause it's just so good. But then I thought I'd check out their website and turns out they have a warranty. Emailed them and got a response from Phillipa right away. She sent me new devices all the way from England to Canada. Honestly, I was surprised they did that, but it arrived in less than a week. Phillipa was super friendly and helpful, and I'm really impressed with this company.
