Wearable products
Wow, HO's stuff is on another level compared to all those other brands with their overhyped "wearables". Their products are just so easy to use, no frills or complications, they just do what they're supposed to do. I love that they think about everyone when making their stuff. Excited to see what else they have in store! I didn't even know I needed their products until I bought one. Plus, the shipping was quick and the packaging was low-key, which was a nice touch.
Remote-controlled vibrating toy
I had an awesome experience with the customer service folks. They were super helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Cheryl, especially, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The product is amazing and exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

This company is amazing to work with, eh. I just bought a wireless vibrator and ran into a charging problem, you know. I just wanted to share that I had a problem with the shipping info for my order, and Cheryl from customer service was amazing! She sorted it out super quickly and with a really nice attitude. Plex with Flex charger replacement
So, my Plex with Flex just wouldn't charge after almost a year of using it. I was starting to stress about having to buy a new one. Latest purchase - Kurve
Just got my third Kurve and let me tell you, I had to. This toy is absolutely amazing and my partner loves it. The power and different sensations from the dual motors are like nothing we've ever felt. We really like the size, strength of the vibrations, how quiet it is, and the overall great quality. The only problem is durability. This is already my third Kurve because the motors tend to wear out after about a year or two. The first one wouldn't charge, the second one had vibrations in the handle, and now I'm on my third. Despite that, I'll keep buying it because it's just that good.
Replacement solo
I recently had to buy a new solo, and I gotta say, I had an amazing experience with the customer service team. Oh man, I was freaking out when my new toy stopped working after I used it once! I thought it was broken, but turns out I was just using it wrong. Pulse Solo Lux with Remote Control Watch
This toy is so amazing, eh! The remote control makes it even more fun and adds a whole new dimension to the experience. The different pulse settings had me totally in awe. Waterproof remote replacement
So, I kind of did something silly by bringing my new remote into the shower with me. I know it's not waterproof, but I couldn't help myself. Obviously, it stopped working soon after. I decided to contact customer service to see if there was anything they could do. To my surprise, they not only replied quickly but also offered to send me a replacement free of charge! I was amazed - it was my own fault, but they still took care of me. I have to say, I'm really impressed with their customer service and how they handled the situation. It's not every day you find a company that goes the extra mile like that.
JETT frenulum vibrator
I gotta say, the customer service from this company is just amazing! I had an issue with my JETT frenulum vibrator, and was about to order a new one cause it's just so good. But then I thought I'd check out their website and turns out they have a warranty. Emailed them and got a response from Phillipa right away. She sent me new devices all the way from England to Canada. Honestly, I was surprised they did that, but it arrived in less than a week. Phillipa was super friendly and helpful, and I'm really impressed with this company.
Two things bought but only got one
I ordered a couple things from this place, eh, but I only received one of them. I was so disappointed, eh, but the customer service team was amazing and they sent me the missing item right away. They even checked in to make sure I got it. Like, wow, eh. I understand that things can go wrong sometimes and it's not always in their hands, but receiving such great support makes me want to keep shopping here over and over again, eh.
