Average quality products
I gotta say, my experience with this online store was pretty average. The products were alright, nothing too impressive though. The service was okay, not amazing but not terrible either. The prices were pretty good, so no complaints there. Overall, it's a handy store to shop at since it's easy to find what you're looking for. The only downside is the so-so delivery times, which can be a little annoying. But all things considered, it's not a bad choice to keep in mind.
Order history
I really like that I can easily see what I've bought before on the website. It makes it super easy for me to buy things again without any trouble. But, I did notice that the price of the thing I bought before went up a lot. So, I ended up getting more of it just in case the price goes up again. I wish I had bought more of it before the price change and I hope it doesn't go up again in the future.
Makeup
So, I just bought something from this website and I gotta say, it was just alright. It's from Australia/New Zealand so I found it a bit tricky to figure out at first. But once I got the hang of it, I was pretty impressed by all the makeup they had. Not really a complaint, just thought I'd give a little nudge to make it more user-friendly for us Canadians.

Yeah, Strawberrynet rocks, eh? I had such a great experience ordering my makeup from them. Whenever I had an issue, they were super helpful, even calling me from Hong Kong! Mr. Jerry Lee was the best, so nice and helpful. Thanks a lot, Strawberrynet!
Misleading Total Price Display
It's really annoying when you think you're gonna pay a certain amount for your order, then boom, a bigger chunk gets taken from your account. Just happened to me when I was shopping online. The website showed $116 as the total price after a discount, but when I went to pay with Paypal, it suddenly jumped up to $129. I just want to know exactly how much I'm paying, you know? So it'd be nice if the system could just show the right price from the get-go.
Recent order
My recent experience with this website has been really disappointing and frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but my most recent purchase didn't sit right with me. I used to get a 10% discount on everything, but out of nowhere, they took it away without even letting me know. And to make matters worse, they made a mistake in their system and ended up canceling my whole order without telling me why. It's like they think they can do whatever they want without caring about us customers. The way they treated me was disrespectful and shady, and it's just sad to see a company act like that.<br><br>But, to be fair, after I complained, they did deal with it quickly and tried to make things right. It shows that they do care about us customers to some extent, but their initial actions were still not okay.
Lots of stuff to buy
I ordered some things off this website and it was just alright. The quality wasn't top-notch but it wasn't horrible either. The website was user-friendly, but the items I received weren't exactly what I had in mind. The reviews I checked out didn't really line up with what I went through, so that was a bit disappointing. I don't think I'll be making another purchase here, but maybe it's not a big deal for some folks. All in all, it's not bad, but it's not amazing either.
