Bag for daughter's Xmas gift
I ordered a bag for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but I still haven't gotten it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to wait 7-10 business days. If it didn't clear customs by then, they'd refund me 'cause it would be M.I.A. I'm pretty gutted about the whole lack of communication and slow fix for this problem. Seems a bit sketch and I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone 'cause of the snooty and unhelpful service I got.

Prepaid card services suspension
I recently had a problem with my prepaid card getting frozen unexpectedly, and now I can't access my funds. I've been waiting for seven months trying to withdraw my money, but the process is going nowhere. The company isn't saying much and it's making me feel frustrated and uncertain about when I'll get my money back. On top of that, my account somehow got changed to a different name out of the blue without any explanation. I've tried everything to talk to the company – emails, phone calls, even the chat service – but all I get are vague answers and no clear timeline for fixing things. I'm really disappointed by the lack of responsibility and urgency from the so-called 'Financial Team'.

Kid's clothing
I just bought some clothes for my kid from this store and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the quality. The fabric was strong and well-made, guaranteeing that my little guy can rock these outfits for a while. And the designs? Super cute and stylish - my son is going to be turning heads wherever we go. It's bittersweet that my shopping spree is over, but I'm thankful for the awesome experience I had here.
