Ski gear purchase
I'm pretty bummed about my recent ski gear purchase. I ordered a bunch of stuff online and only got half of it. The website said everything was available, but it looks like that's not true. I had to reach out to customer service a bunch of times to follow up on an order that was supposed to be in progress. They never reply to emails, so you gotta be ready to spend some time on the phone with them. It's frustrating how they don't communicate well.
Partial orders, lack of communication
I've recently placed two orders with this company and, unfortunately, I encountered the same problem with both. Even though the items were marked as in stock when I made the purchase, I only received part of my order and nothing else. When I sent an email to inquire about the missing items, I was simply told to wait. After waiting for a while, I decided to give them a call to check on my orders, only to find out that both items were actually out of stock. No one had bothered to let me know about this, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. In the end, I had to cancel the orders and am now waiting for the return process.
Ski jacket purchase
Don't bother with this company, eh. Their customer service is terrible and they don't care about their customers, eh. I tried to buy a ski jacket and 21 days later it still hadn't been shipped, eh. I had to call and email many times with no answer, eh. To top it off, the jacket I bought was suddenly "sold out" on their site after I bought it, eh. Now I'm stuck in a dispute with my credit card company because of this disaster, eh. Stay away from this company no matter what, eh!
Expedited shipping order
So, my order was supposed to show up within 3 to 5 days, but here we are three weeks later and still no sign of it. They took my money right away, but didn't even give me a tracking number for my package. I tried reaching out to customer service by email, but no reply after nine days. I even gave them a call, but all I got was a message saying to try again during business hours - which is exactly when I called. It's got me thinking, does this company even exist? Looks like I have no choice but to cancel my order through my credit card. Such a pain in the neck and super disappointing.
Two sets of skis and two sets of ski boots
I got my skis in just a week, but still waiting on the ski boots. Customer service was brutal, they kept giving me the runaround and it took three weeks for them to even think about filing a claim with UPS. And even then, all they cared about was keeping their cash and not my needs. Ended up asking for a refund and heading over to evo.com instead. Talked to a different boss almost every day.
Ski equipment
I'm really upset with how things went down at that store. They said they had discounts and the good stuff, so I thought I was getting a sweet deal on my ski gear. But then after I ordered, I didn't hear a peep about what was going on with my stuff. I had to bug them to find out they couldn't even fulfill my order. And on top of that, they tried to blame Covid for everything even though it was obvious they couldn't keep up with their stock.
Frustrating order experience
I've had the same problem twice now when I tried to buy from this store. It said the stuff was in stock, so I ordered it, but then I waited for weeks without hearing anything. When I contacted their support team, they told me the items weren't actually available and that they would cancel my orders. The fact that they don't communicate well and their inventory system isn't great is not okay. I won't be shopping here again.

My experience with this store was really disappointing, eh? I bought a ski package for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but only got one thing from the order. Skis without ski tip protectors
I bought skis from this store recently, eh. But ya know what? They forgot to include the ski tip protectors, which kinda sucked, eh. They only gave me a 10% refund for the mistake, but I really would've preferred to just get the protectors, eh. It feels like it's super hard for regular folks like me to get them without help from a store, and this store didn't even try to help me out, eh.
New ski jacket and pants
I bought a new ski jacket and pants from this website, and my experience was not great. The first time I ordered, everything arrived on time and was good. But the second time, my jacket was all messed up after only using it twice! I tried to contact customer service, but it was like talking to a wall. They weren't helpful at all. Now I had to buy a new jacket for my son from somewhere else because we needed it for his races. So disappointing. I won't be shopping here again.
Roxy Warmlink Jacket
I just bought a jacket from Skis and I was really pumped about it. But when I got the package, I was let down to see that the battery pack to heat the jacket wasn't in there. I contacted customer service and they said since it was on sale, the battery pack wasn't included. They didn't say this on their website, unlike the brand's site. Now I have to buy the battery pack on its own and wait for it to come, not even sure if the jacket will work.
Skis in end-of season sales
I recently ordered a pair of skis from this company during their end-of-season sales. I found the perfect pair that I wanted, but unfortunately, by the time I placed my order, they were already sold out. The website should have been updated in real-time to avoid disappointment for customers like myself. However, I did receive a courteous email from Lea at the company, who informed me of the stock issue. She assured me that my credit card was not charged, and any pending charges would be cancelled. I appreciated the transparency and honesty in their communication.
I got ski boots online
I ordered some ski boots online from this store that was giving new customers a discount. To be honest, I was a little nervous because I'd seen some bad reviews, but my boots showed up super quick, just 4 days later, and they were exactly what I wanted. It would've been nice to get an email letting me know they'd shipped my order, but I was able to keep an eye on it using the website. I'd totally shop there again.

I reached out multiple times for information but received no response unless I initiated contact. It's disappointing to be left in the dark on a $500 purchase for so long. Skis.com should prioritize fulfilling existing orders before promoting new items for sale.

This company is the worst, eh? I ordered some stuff and only got half of it. And to top it off, it was 2 weeks late, eh? I've been trying to get in touch with them by phone and email about the missing item, and they're just straight up ignoring me, eh? It's crazy to think that a company like this is still in business, eh?

Ski pants
I was kinda worried about my order for ski pants because of some bad reviews I saw online. But I went ahead and ordered them on a Thursday night, then called on Monday to check on things. The person I talked to was super nice and told me that my pants had already been shipped out the day after I placed the order. They even gave me the tracking info right then and there. I was so happy when the pants showed up the next day, before I was even expecting them. I gotta say, I'm really happy with how fast and smooth everything went.

Skis.com is honestly not great at all, eh! It took forever for my order to show up, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were pretty useless. They didn't even offer me a discount or anything to make up for the massive time I wasted. I'd say steer clear of this place, you can definitely find better ski gear shopping elsewhere, for sure.
XC boots
I got some new XC boots and I was a bit worried because everyone was talking about how bad it is to order from there. But when I gave them a call to check on my order, the customer service picked up right away and told me my boots were already on the way! They even gave me the tracking number so I could keep tabs on my package. The boots arrived really quick, just as they promised. The only thing that would have been even better is if they had sent me an email to let me know my order had been shipped. Most online stores do that nowadays.
