Difficulty with login process
The login process for this platform is so frustrating. I've tried entering my login info several times, but it keeps getting rejected. And when I try to reset my password, the system doesn't even send me the info I need. It's so annoying to be locked out of my account because of this messed up login system. Come on, get your act together!

3 pairs of glasses
Just picked up my 3 pairs of glasses from there. I got one pair that's both sunglasses and regular glasses, another pair that's just sunglasses, and the last pair is just regular glasses. Had a little issue with one pair, but the customer service was amazing and they fixed it right away. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely go back there again.

Beachbody subscription
I suggest being careful when you sign up for a Beachbody subscription. The actual package might be good, but watch out for extra charges and the hassle of getting your money back. I went through a rough time when they took more than £160 from me, and it was a long process of arguing online with customer service reps from the US and India just to start fixing the problem. They didn't even say sorry for what they did wrong.

90% of my boxes only contain 2 items
The boxes are supposed to come with 2-4 items, but most of the time I only end up with 2 items. It makes me feel like I'm not really getting what I paid for, you know? It makes me wonder if they're trying to save money by being stingy with the items.

Mouth guard, tooth pain
I ordered a mouth guard online and it really messed up my teeth. It was so uncomfortable, I couldn't even sleep properly because of the pain. I just ended up throwing it in the garbage. Return policies these days are such a hassle!

I had a real frustrating time trying to order some drinks online. I tried on the website, then on the app, but my orders kept getting cancelled because of payment problems. Even though my bank said the transactions went through, I couldn't finish buying anything. It was annoying, especially since I've never had problems using the same card on Uber Eats or Doordash.

My time with Keyport was absolutely amazing. The customer service was just great - they really knew their stuff, always listened, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with what I bought. The products themselves are top-notch and have made it so much easier for me to stay on top of things.
