Shakeology meal replacement shakes
Man, these shakes are so tasty! I enjoy having them for breakfast or as a snack throughout the day. They're really simple to whip up - just add some water or your preferred milk and you're set. I've noticed that they give me a nice energy kick and keep me satisfied for longer. Plus, there are so many delicious flavors to choose from, so I never get tired of my shake rotation.
At-home workout program

There are no email contacts, the chat is always offline, and good luck trying to reach someone over the phone, eh. How am I supposed to make this work or get my money back, eh? Absolutely frustrating, eh.

I suggest being careful when you sign up for a Beachbody subscription. The actual package might be good, but watch out for extra charges and the hassle of getting your money back. I went through a rough time when they took more than £160 from me, and it was a long process of arguing online with customer service reps from the US and India just to start fixing the problem. They didn't even say sorry for what they did wrong.
