I've been a loyal customer of this website for a while now, and I always trust it to order my supplements and clothes. They might not always have the cheapest prices, but they often have great sales that make it worth it. Shipping is super fast, which is great when I need my supplements quickly. But what really makes this website stand out is their awesome customer service. Every time I've had an issue with an order, like damaged packaging or missing items, they've been super quick to help and fix the problem. Their customer service team, especially Mighty Millie who recently helped me out, is really efficient and effective. It's what keeps me coming back for more.
Weight loss supplements
I just bought some weight loss supplements from Bodybuilding.com and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! I wanted to see if there were any discounts available, so I reached out and got a message back from Mighty Millie right away. She was super nice and helpful. But wait, there's more! After we talked, she surprised me by sending a $15 gift card to use on the website! That really blew me away and now I’m definitely sticking with Bodybuilding.com. Mighty Millie really knows how to take care of customers and she’s earned my trust.
Protein Powder
I just bought some protein powder from this website, eh. But, ya know what happened, eh? The warehouse forgot to toss in the bill of lading with my order, eh. So when it hit customs, I got dinged for tax again, eh. It was a real pain in the keester, eh. But, thanks to the awesome help of a customer service hero named Chris, I got it all sorted out. He kept me in the loop and walked me through getting back that extra tax dough. He totally turned my frown upside down, eh. Big thanks to him for being so quick and helpful, eh.
Protein powder and pre-workout
I ordered some protein powder and pre-workout from this website, and man, it took forever to get here! I had to chat with two different folks before my stuff finally arrived after waiting for like 2 and a half weeks. And when my protein powder finally showed up, it was all messed up! I was so frustrated, I tell ya! Thankfully, Gainz Garrett came through and sent me a replacement real quick. Despite being disappointed about the wait and the damaged product, Garrett really came to the rescue and made things right.
Top-notch customer service
Definitely the best customer service I've ever had. So my order didn't ship at first, and after a couple of weeks, I reached out to customer service. They quickly refunded me and shipped my order with no charge. The communication was great, and their unexpected generosity totally made my week!
Just bought some protein powder
I usually don't write reviews, but I just gotta give a shoutout to "Mighty" Millie at this spot. She's seriously amazing with her customer service skills, it's like she's a rockstar or something! They need to give that girl a raise right away!

Had a bit of a problem with my order, but let me tell ya, Mighty Millie from customer service was all over it! She had everything sorted out in no time, just 20 minutes. She didn't beat around the bush, knew exactly what to do.

I've bought some stuff on your website and I gotta say, your service is just decent. The design of the webpage is alright, but it can be a bit tricky to find stuff if you're not sure what you want. Prices are average and you have an okay selection of items, but nothing too special. Overall, my experience was fine, nothing too exciting.

I just bought some workout supplements from this website and I gotta say, it was just okay. They had a good selection and the prices were fair. The site was easy to use and I found what I needed without any problems. But I wish there was more info on the products, I had to do some extra digging to make sure I was getting the right stuff. The shipping and packaging were alright, but could've been better. Overall, it was an okay experience but there's definitely some room for improvement.
