Subscription billing issue
I had a really annoying situation with this subscription I didn't even know I had. I tried to cancel it online and on the app, but kept getting billed for months. The customer service person I talked to was useless and sounded like a robot. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back.
