Washing machine with a 4 year protection plan
I bought a washing machine from Best Buy not too long ago and got the 4-year protection plan as well. Everything was going smooth until the machine started acting up after a year. So, I tried to get it fixed through the repair service, but ran into a lot of problems. The automated system to begin the service request didn't work at all, and the chat support was no help either. The first person I talked to said they couldn't find my service plan, which was a lie, and the second person said I needed to contact the manufacturer because it was still under a 12-month warranty, which was also a lie. I had to guide them to where to find the contract ID on the receipt. After a bunch of tries and getting hung up on, I finally got in touch with a nice rep who found my contract number and updated the info. The whole process was so frustrating and took up a ton of time. I might have to think twice before buying anything else from Best Buy.

Even though she was the only one working, she did a great job and made me feel at ease the whole time. The appointment was fast, clear, and to the point, which I liked. Online course subscription
My experience with this online course subscription has been really disappointing, eh. I signed up and was told my renewal fee wouldn't be charged, but then I saw it show up on my account out of nowhere. I've sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but haven't heard back yet. It's so frustrating when they don't communicate and make promises they can't keep. I'm super unhappy with everything and definitely wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

Solar panels return
I recently bought some solar panels that I ended up not using and wanted to return. Even though I had seen some bad reviews, I was actually quite happy with the awesome customer service I got from the company. They let me return the unopened panels and even gave me a refund for all three panels, even the one that had been opened. I was really impressed with how easy and smooth the return process was, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future. As for the product itself, the solar panels are working really well for me and I love the convenience they offer.

Intermediate bouldering shoes
I just picked up these climbing kicks for when I'm bouldering at an intermediate level. Gotta say, they fit like a glove, giving me the grip and security I need as I climb. If you're around the V7+ level, these shoes are a solid choice. But if you're a more advanced climber, you might want to look for something a bit more sensitive and pointier to really step up your game.
