    Men's shoes, received women's boots

    I bought a pair of men's shoes (Zerogrand, size 12) on Black Friday, but they sent me women's size 9 boots by mistake. I called customer service and they sent me a return label right away. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received the replacement. When I followed up, they said I could only get a refund or buy them again at the regular price. Another week has gone by and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no luck. This whole situation has been really frustrating, and now I'm out $108 with no solution in sight. Their lack of response and inability to fix this has left me really unsatisfied. It's disappointing to have such bad customer service, especially for a normally good product. I wouldn't recommend buying directly from this company at all.

    Oversized shoes, poor customer service

    I just bought a pair of shoes online, eh, but I ended up picking the wrong size, eh. So, I reached out to customer service right after I placed my order, only to be told I couldn't cancel or make any changes, and they wouldn't take returns. It was really frustrating because my order hadn't even been processed yet. The customer service rep I talked to sounded like a robot and wasn't helpful at all, they didn't offer any solutions or help. It was a bummer of an experience, eh.

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at this store. So, I ordered a pair of shoes but then realized I put in the wrong shipping address. I tried chatting with them right away, but they said they couldn't change it because of security stuff. I then sent an email, but didn't get any response back. On top of that, I couldn't even cancel the order from my account. The shipping label wasn't even made until the next day and I didn't get any updates on the shipment like they said I would. Overall, the customer service was not great and it left me feeling really frustrated and let down.

I did have an issue with one defective item, but the company sorted it out right away. The shoes I've given as gifts have been a hit with the recipients.     Tan Oxfords

    I just bought a pair of tan Oxfords from this store, thinking they would be a comfy and stylish choice for work and hanging out. But man, was I let down by the quality of these shoes. They looked okay when I first got them, but when I took a closer look, it was clear they were badly made and definitely not worth the hefty price.

    I bought some shoes as a gift, but they sent the wrong size. It took a few days to start the process to exchange them, so I missed the chance to give the gift on time. And to make matters worse, they picked a return location that was inconvenient for me. They didn't do anything special to make up for their mistake. I won't be shopping from them again.

    Sneakers purchase

    The sneakers I got from that store were such a letdown. They looked cool online, but as soon as I got them, I could tell they were junk. The workmanship was terrible and they were super uncomfortable on my feet. I wouldn't suggest them for sports at all; maybe they'd be okay for a fancy event, but that's pretty much it.

    Rubber sole men's shoes

    I recently ordered a pair of men's shoes with rubber soles online. Unfortunately, I didn't receive them until almost two weeks later because of a mix-up with the delivery address. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they didn't even bother saying sorry for their mistake or try to make up for the inconvenience.     Leather shoes

    I'm really disappointed with the leather shoes I bought from this store. Even though I took good care of them, they started falling apart after just a few weeks of wearing them. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful and didn't seem to care. They could have fixed the problem with a little effort, but it was obvious they didn't care about my satisfaction as a customer. Because of this, I won't be buying from this store again.

    Stylish shoes purchase

    I jus' bought a real nice pair of shoes from dis place an' ran into a lil' problem wit' de delivery. De delivery company made a mistake but thankfully de store's service was fantastic. Dey got back to me real quick, tried to sort t'ings out, but unfortunately de shoes I wanted were outta stock. But dey offered me a great alternative right away an' I ended up wit' some real comfy an' stylish shoes in no time. All in all, de service an' de product were top-notch, definitely recommend.

    Golf Shoes

    I bought these golf shoes from that company not long ago, and I gotta say I'm super let down by how they've held up. After only a few rounds on the course, the top part of my grey Zerogrand shoes got discoloured, which really bummed me out considering how much they cost. I've had pricier golf shoes in the past that could handle anything, and I never had this issue with them. And to make things worse, when I contacted customer service about it, all I got back was a generic automated reply. I had to bug them a bunch of times before finally getting a real response, and all they offered was a discount on more products.

    I bought a fancy pair of shoes at your store not too long ago, but I was real bummed when I found a problem with them after wearing them only a few times. When I tried to bring the shoes back for an exchange or my money back, the manager and workers were really rude and unprofessional. The manager even straight up lied about where she was to avoid helping me. When I tried to talk to the higher-ups, it was just more disappointment and no one taking responsibility. The customer service was seriously lacking, and it's pretty clear that the company only cares about money, not making customers happy.

    I was really disappointed with the Men's ØriginalGrand Energy Twin Oxford shoes that I bought for $250.00 in the Black-Safety Yellow colour. After only wearing them a few times over two months, the toe area started falling apart. When I contacted customer service, the supervisor, Wendy C., only offered me a 30% coupon for another pair of expensive shoes. The whole customer service experience was awful and I was left feeling very unsatisfied. I even sent photos showing how little I had worn them, but they still wouldn't exchange them because they no longer made that style after introducing it in 2022. It makes me think there might have been quality issues with these shoes if they stopped making them. I definitely won't be buying from this brand again.

    I just bought a pair of shoes and I'm really bummed out about the sizing. I got my usual size but these shoes are definitely a size smaller. On top of that, they don't allow refunds or exchanges for items on sale! It's annoying when a company sells products that aren't right and won't fix it for their customers. The reviews on the website didn't mention anything about this problem, so it seems like they pick and choose which ones to show. This sneaky behaviour is not what I expected from this brand at all.

    Shoes purchase turned sour

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I got these shoes and they totally fell apart after just one wear. It's crazy, right? So, I went back to the store to see if I could swap them out, but the manager was so rude about it. He acted like it was all my fault that the shoes fell apart, which is just not right. All I wanted was a new pair of shoes, but he wouldn't even help me out. I was super upset!

    I got a gift card from the store not too long ago, and I was really happy about it. But when I tried to use it to buy something, the system didn't recognize it and showed an error message saying it was unknown. I was bummed out because I was really looking forward to using the gift card to get myself some new shoes or accessories. I emailed customer service for help, but I didn't hear back from them. I hope the store fixes this problem soon and makes sure their products, like gift cards, work properly. It's important for a brand to have good customer support and make sure customers can use their gift cards without any issues.

    Expensive boot type shoes

    I bought these really pricey boots thinking they'd last me ages, but man was I wrong. The soles and heels totally fell apart after just a few years of wearing them lightly. Took them to get fixed, and the person there said this happens a lot with this brand's injected shoes. Contacted customer service, but they said no guarantees after a year. So frustrating and disappointing. Definitely crossing this brand off my list for good.

    I just ordered something from this site and man, let me tell you, the service was really bad. They said my birthday present would arrive on time, but I didn't hear anything until the day the shoes were supposed to show up. And then, out of nowhere, they changed the delivery date without even telling me beforehand! I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was some generic response. Seriously, with all the online shopping options out there, this is just not cool. I'm never going back to that site and I suggest others do the same.
