Customer service here could use a bit of improvement, but I have to say, the products are really great. I've bought shoes and handbags here, and they have all held up really well. I did have an issue with one defective item, but the company sorted it out right away. The shoes I've given as gifts have been a hit with the recipients. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience at this store.
