Tan Oxfords
I just bought a pair of tan Oxfords from this store, thinking they would be a comfy and stylish choice for work and hanging out. But man, was I let down by the quality of these shoes. They looked okay when I first got them, but when I took a closer look, it was clear they were badly made and definitely not worth the hefty price.

Confusing shipping
So, I had this weird thing happen with the shipping from this store. I ordered a few things that were in stock and got a free gift since I spent over $100. But, turns out the gift was actually on preorder, which I didn't know when I placed my order. I thought I'd get the in-stock items right away with regular shipping, but later found out that everything would be sent out together once the gift was available. This ended up causing some confusion and delays in getting my order, especially since I needed the stuff for a gift and was on a deadline. The team was helpful when I asked questions, but I really wish they had made it clearer when I was making my purchase. In the end, I did get everything, but it came in separate packages and took over a month and a half to arrive.
