Osha 15 class
I was in this online class and it was way longer than they said it would be! The teacher's voice was so dull and the course wouldn't let me move forward till the teacher stopped talking. I should have just taken the class in person or checked out a different website.
Safety training course
I recently bought a safety training course for work and I've been having a lot of technical issues with it. Every time I try to do it, I keep getting these annoying "session expired" errors that make me lose my progress and waste a bunch of time. Plus, the speech engine they use in the course is not very good and makes everything harder. I tried talking to customer service to get a refund since I'm still within the 72-hour refund policy, but they were giving me a hard time. So now I have no choice but to dispute the charges. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for their training needs.
Professional training program
I just bought a pro training program, and let me tell ya, I was seriously impressed. It was super helpful, easy to follow, and just made learning a piece of cake. I loved every minute of it. Seriously, if you're looking for top-quality instruction, this program is where it's at.
Online safety training courses
The online safety courses I took were really great. I signed up for a bunch of different ones like OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, plus a flaggers class from another website. Overall, I thought the courses were awesome. The material was thorough and interesting, giving me some useful knowledge and skills. But, there were a few spots where the wording was a bit repetitive and could use some fixing up. Still, I liked the quality of the training and the help I got during the courses. Thanks for a great learning experience.
Online course structure
The online modules were really helpful because they were set up in a consistent way. It made it easy for me to know how much time I needed for each section, which helped me plan my study schedule better. Seeing that progress also gave me motivation to keep going and finish the course successfully. It was great that the transitions between sessions were smooth, so I could easily continue where I left off without any interruptions.
Online course material preference
I really like how easy online courses are to use, but I kinda wish there was a way to listen to the lessons instead of just reading them. It would be so much better if I could hear the material and then answer the questions. That way, learning would be more interesting for everyone and easier for different types of learners. Right now, it's too much reading and might not work for everyone's learning style.

Technical Course Purchase
Even though the stuff in the course I bought was helpful and related to what I do, the way it was presented kind of sucked and didn't really keep me interested. The whole thing felt more like something I had to do rather than something I wanted to do to learn. After working in this industry for so long, I had a hard time paying attention during the course, so I probably missed out on some important stuff by rushing through it. The material was good, but they need to find a better way to keep people interested and involved in their learning.
Self-paced, easy listening, available instructor
I just bought a self-paced course and I really liked it. The materials were easy to understand and the audio was clear, so I could listen and learn at my own speed. I didn't have any trouble navigating the system, and whenever I needed help, the instructor was there to assist me. I'm happy with my purchase overall.
Fast Food Handlers Certification
I had a great time with the Fast Food Handlers Certification program, eh! At first, I had some problems, but the customer service team was super helpful and quick to fix them. I finished the whole course in just one day and passed the test with an 80% on my first try. I totally suggest this course to anyone who needs their Food Handlers Certificate. I really wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they went above and beyond what I expected!

I really enjoyed the online course I bought, eh! The video clips they included were great because I'm more of a visual learner, you know? It really helped me absorb the information better. Plus, the questions after each clip helped reinforce what I just watched, making the learning process more effective and interesting. Overall, I thought the course was well-balanced and gave me a lot of good information, eh.
Quick and Simple Course
I recently bought a course that was really easy to follow. The videos explained everything clearly, and the questions were simple to answer. I liked that I could go through the course at my own speed. In general, I thought it was useful and matched what I was looking for.
Previous lessons review
I like that I can go back and review past lessons before the exam to make sure I understand it all. But I did notice a few times when the person reading the lesson said some words wrong, like "live." Also, the kitchen scene pointer, for testing our skills in spotting faults, didn't always move the way it was supposed to.
Course had errors, outdated stats, redundant modules
This program was so frustrating! The content had so many spelling mistakes, repeated stuff, and old data. It was supposed to be updated, but it still had the exact same info from 2 years ago, which isn't even right according to the government. There were 12 super long sections that could've been shorter. The info was all jumbled up, so was tough to keep track and make notes. And the exam was even harder with questions that weren't even in the sections. Thank goodness I had my own notes to help me pass! Not sure if I'll use this site again for my certs.
SAP vendor request
So, I asked a bunch of staff members to set up as a vendor in SAP. They all helped me out and sent me a quote really fast. It was amazing!
Food Handlers Certificate
The Food Handlers Certificate course was so informative and easy to follow. It really helped me learn all the necessary stuff to get my certification. The material covered everything I needed to know for the test, which was well put together and really got me thinking. I liked that all the questions were from the course, so I felt ready. Even at 66 years old, I finished the course and test in just 3 hours with a perfect score. I think it's a great class and definitely recommend it to anyone needing their Food Handlers Certificate.

My experience with the online training course was really disappointing, eh. The course content itself had errors in grammar, which made it hard to follow sometimes, eh. Plus, the exam part had all kinds of technical problems like network errors, webcam/screen issues, and sudden disconnections, eh. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times for help, but they just kept blaming my internet provider, eh. After trying to take the exam in different places with no luck, I was just left feeling frustrated and unhappy with the whole thing, eh.
Certification renewal process
I really like all the different programs they have on the website. But it's annoying that every few years when I need to renew my certifications, I always run into problems trying to get into my courses. As someone who works full-time, I have to be really organized with my schedule, so it's a pain to have to wait for a reply or waste time looking for my courses. I think they should make it easier for users to get into their courses right after buying them, maybe within 24 hours max.
Online program
I thought the online program was really easy to use and navigate. The content was clear and simple to follow. The only problem was when the test crashed halfway through, but I don't think it was anyone's fault. It was frustrating and made me lower my rating a bit.
Online courses
I really enjoy taking my online courses because I can just chill at my desk and tackle them whenever I feel like it. It's awesome to have the freedom to take a break and pick up where I left off. Although, there was this one time when I accidentally clicked "NO" and ended up back at the beginning, which was really frustrating. They should totally save my progress so I don't have to deal with that kind of stuff. But overall, I still love the courses because earning a certificate gives me a sense of accomplishment and boosts my confidence at work.
