I just picked up some new underwear and I'm really let down by the quality. The seams around the legs feel like they're going to fall apart any second, and the fit is all wrong. It's obvious that the company is skimping on materials, and as someone who's been a loyal customer for a while, I'm not happy about it. I won't be buying from them again.

I like that I can go back and review past lessons before the exam to make sure I understand it all. But I did notice a few times when the person reading the lesson said some words wrong, like "live." Also, the kitchen scene pointer, for testing our skills in spotting faults, didn't always move the way it was supposed to.

The customer service team was really quick to answer all my questions, and they gave me all the info I needed. I was really impressed by how well they knew their stuff and how fast they were. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
