Refund and replacement issue resolution
I had a problem with something I bought and reached out to customer service for help. I was really happy with how quickly and professionally they got back to me. The person I talked to listened to me and fixed the issue right away. I was grateful that they gave me a refund and sent me a new product. The customer service was top-notch and went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for sorting this out for me.
Bought socks and underwear
I've been buying things for a while now, but this time some of my socks ended up shrinking and my underwear never arrived. I contacted customer service and spoke to a guy named Jeffrey Hodges. He was great at what he does and resolved everything quickly. I wish there were more people like him!
Undershirts and pajamas
I found that shopping online for undershirts and pajamas had better color options. The shirts were softer and longer, which was great. It was my first time buying pajamas for girls, and my daughter said they were soft and comfy. Overall, I was happy with my purchases.
Underwear
I've noticed that the customer service here lately hasn't been great. Whenever there's a problem with stock or an issue with my order, the staff always seem to struggle to help me out. It's frustrating and leaves me not too happy with how things have been going. Also, I wanted to mention the recent commercial that's been causing some controversy. Personally, I think it's meant to be funny and shouldn't be taken so seriously. No need for all the fuss, if you ask me.
Briefs purchase
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, but lately I've seen the quality really go downhill. The elastic in their underwear wears out way too fast, making them all misshapen even when they're brand new. It's kinda sad to see a brand that used to be so reliable start making cheap stuff in China and Vietnam.
Latest underwear purchase
I just picked up some new underwear and I'm really let down by the quality. The seams around the legs feel like they're going to fall apart any second, and the fit is all wrong. It's obvious that the company is skimping on materials, and as someone who's been a loyal customer for a while, I'm not happy about it. I won't be buying from them again.
Underwear
So, I ordered some underwear, eh? But honestly, it wasn't the greatest quality, you know? I tried a different brand and it was a bit better. But seriously, three years ago everyone was giving it one-star reviews, eh? And let's not blame it all on Covid, okay? We definitely need better underwear, no excuses!
Got some undies for Christmas
I got these undies for Christmas and they were supposed to be mediums, but the sizes were all messed up. One pair was way too small and I couldn't even get them on my legs. My daughter in law had the same problem with the strange sizes and shapes. After seeing other people's complaints online, I think they're just trying to save money and not focus on quality. I won't be buying undies from this place again, that's for sure!
Light tees purchase
I can't believe how bad my recent light tees purchase was! I've been buying them for so long and now they feel like sandpaper. They used to be so soft and comfy, but now they're rough and heavy. I'm really disappointed, it's just not the same anymore.
Men's underwear
I can't handle this company. The ad for the men's underwear is just disgusting. I can't believe they actually thought it was a good idea to put that on TV. Seriously? I have to switch the channel immediately when it comes on, it's just so gross. I don't want my little brother watching that. The marketing team seriously needs to go, like right now. I'm never supporting this company again, like, ever.
Recent purchase experience
I bought something a few weeks back and the service I got was terrible. They said the thing I got was in stock but it hasn't been sent out even after almost two weeks. They haven't said anything about the delay and it's really annoying. The only reason they give is blaming covid-19. My 5-year-old niece could have done a better job. No wonder my friends have switched to different brands and tease me for still sticking with this company. Hanes needs to get with the times and improve their service.
White briefs multipack
I was so disappointed with the white briefs I bought in a multipack. The fit was all over the place - some were way too tight and others were too loose. And to make matters worse, the seams started to come apart after just a few washes. I used to be a big fan of this brand, but now I'm feeling let down by the poor quality of their products.

The company doesn't offer free shipping, which sucks. The selection on the website is pretty limited, and only some stuff is available, which can be annoying for customers. Including white undies in the bigger packs is kinda pointless and not really what most customers want. It also seems like the company and its retailers aren't talking enough, especially about having the right sizes in stock. All in all, the whole experience wasn't great.
High-waisted leggings
The customer service at this place is just awful. Their return policy is a joke, taking 3 weeks to process returns which is totally out of touch. When I called to ask about my return, they couldn't even tell me when they got it. I had to use my USPS tracking number to find out. Every time I called for an update, all they said was "wait three weeks." No other information, no hint of when they got my item, just a cold response to wait. This lack of care and communication is not okay.
