Mens underwear
I used to really like this company because their underwear was so comfy and lasted a long time. But what's going on with the quality now? The ads they've been putting out lately are so inappropriate, it's crazy. They've really gone downhill in my books. It's sad to see them resort to that just to try and fit in with the 'woke' crowd. I miss the old days when they just focused on making great stuff, not shock value to sell. So long to what used to be a top brand.
Refund and replacement issue resolution
I had a problem with something I bought and reached out to customer service for help. I was really happy with how quickly and professionally they got back to me. The person I talked to listened to me and fixed the issue right away. I was grateful that they gave me a refund and sent me a new product. The customer service was top-notch and went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks for sorting this out for me.
Bought socks and underwear
I've been buying things for a while now, but this time some of my socks ended up shrinking and my underwear never arrived. I contacted customer service and spoke to a guy named Jeffrey Hodges. He was great at what he does and resolved everything quickly. I wish there were more people like him!
Hanes apparel
I bought some Hanes clothes recently and I was pretty happy with them. The material was soft and comfy, and they fit just right. They had lots of different styles and colors to choose from, so it was easy to find what I wanted. Overall, I was really satisfied with my purchase from that store.
Underwear
I ordered something on January 28th but I haven't been told when it will be shipped. I'm bummed about not getting any updates on my order and not hearing back from customer service after emailing them. I think as a customer, I deserve to be kept in the loop and have clear info on what's going on with my purchase.
Thin shirts, easily tears, high cost
I bought some shirts from this store and man, they were so thin! It sucks because they ripped really easily after only a few times of wearing them. The quality of the fabric is definitely not as good as the other stores I've bought from before. I was pretty let down by how easily the shirts got ruined, especially for the price I paid.
Undershirts and pajamas
I found that shopping online for undershirts and pajamas had better color options. The shirts were softer and longer, which was great. It was my first time buying pajamas for girls, and my daughter said they were soft and comfy. Overall, I was happy with my purchases.
Men's white cotton t-shirts
I bought some guys white cotton t-shirts and man, they were no good. Spent $30 on two 4-packs and had to toss them cause they were totally useless, can't even use 'em as rags. It was my first time trying this brand, but I won't be buying anything else from them again. Total waste of money.
Underwear
I've noticed that the customer service here lately hasn't been great. Whenever there's a problem with stock or an issue with my order, the staff always seem to struggle to help me out. It's frustrating and leaves me not too happy with how things have been going. Also, I wanted to mention the recent commercial that's been causing some controversy. Personally, I think it's meant to be funny and shouldn't be taken so seriously. No need for all the fuss, if you ask me.
Briefs purchase
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, but lately I've seen the quality really go downhill. The elastic in their underwear wears out way too fast, making them all misshapen even when they're brand new. It's kinda sad to see a brand that used to be so reliable start making cheap stuff in China and Vietnam.
6 pack t-shirts
I bought a 6 pack of t-shirts, thinking they'd be good, but man, was I let down. These t-shirts were awful, they felt rough like sandpaper on my skin. And can you believe it, they shrank to tiny size after just one wash. I wouldn't even use them as cleaning rags, that's how bad they were.
Latest underwear purchase
I just picked up some new underwear and I'm really let down by the quality. The seams around the legs feel like they're going to fall apart any second, and the fit is all wrong. It's obvious that the company is skimping on materials, and as someone who's been a loyal customer for a while, I'm not happy about it. I won't be buying from them again.
Overly inappropriate advertisement
I couldn't believe it when I saw that ad on TV. It was so inappropriate for my kid to see during his basketball game. The content was just disgraceful. It's like they don't even care about kids watching. Hanes, you really need to do better and fix that right away. How could you think that was okay for everyone to see?
Underwear
So, I ordered some underwear, eh? But honestly, it wasn't the greatest quality, you know? I tried a different brand and it was a bit better. But seriously, three years ago everyone was giving it one-star reviews, eh? And let's not blame it all on Covid, okay? We definitely need better underwear, no excuses!
T-shirt purchase
I picked up this shirt a little while back and it was really awesome! But then I got some new ones and they were just terrible. They were all weird and didn't fit properly at all. I think maybe they are too focused on trying to be trendy and forgetting to make their clothes good quality. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
3 bras
I bought three bras from this company for $47.48 but they didn't fit right, so I had to send them back. It was a pain because I had to pay for the return shipping and it's taking forever to get my money back. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with their customer service.
