So, like, I signed up for this free trial, and then BAM, my subscription automatically renewed without me even realizing it! I checked my credit card statement, and there it was - the renewal fee. I tried to cancel it on their website, but there's no way to prevent it from auto-renewing. I sent them an email, but all they responded with was that they have a really strict 30-day refund policy and won't refund my money. Be careful, folks! Once they have your money, you won't be getting it back!
