    Virtual phone service

    At first, I was happy with the virtual phone service until I ran into a problem updating my credit card info. They didn't let me know that I needed to update it, so on a Friday night, I got worried that my service might suddenly stop. Luckily, I contacted customer support, and they were helpful in getting everything back on track. But now I'm wondering if not being informed about updates like this could cause issues with HIPAA compliance if important info got lost. Also, I've had frustrating issues with the app not working properly with my Bluetooth headphones. It keeps disconnecting when I try to listen to voicemails.

    Business phone app

    Hey, so I recently picked up this new app for my business phone, and I was really hyped about it in the beginning. But then something weird started happening - I kept getting kicked out of the app randomly. I wouldn't even know until I actually tried to make a call and then realized I wasn't receiving any calls or texts. I basically have to keep checking if I'm still logged in all the time. It's kind of annoying and I worry I might miss out on important calls. What if my crush tries to call me, right? On the bright side, everything else seems to be working fine, so that's a relief at least.

    I needed to have a different phone number for my business, but I didn't want to have to carry around two phones all the time. So, I did some research and a friend suggested I try out the iPlum app. With this app, I could easily get a second number on my phone, so I could keep my personal and work calls separate.

    I also found out that texting is a great way to communicate for quick chats and sending pictures and files. The replies are fast, which has really helped me in closing deals more quickly. Overall, I'm happy with the service I've gotten from iPlum.

    I had to get back some numbers that my colleagues lost recently. I was a bit bummed that I could only reach out to iPlum through email instead of chatting on the phone, but I have to give it to them - their support team was super quick and knew their stuff. Emailing with great support beats calling and getting not-so-great help. Although I didn't end up getting the numbers back, iPlum was fast and even gave me a refund for the small fees I had paid. Really impressed with iPlum's top-quality support!

    iPlum service

    I've been using iPlum for a bit now, but lately it's been giving me some trouble. The app keeps crashing, and I have to keep reopening it several times. Plus, the text messages are delayed, which is frustrating. My clients are even saying they're having trouble reaching me on calls. I'm starting to think I should switch to a different service soon. And on top of all that, they're raising their prices while providing worse service.

    I recently had to book a troubleshooting session with a customer service rep, and I gotta say, the experience was top-notch. The rep called right when they said they would and was super friendly the whole time. They fixed my problems quickly and gave me clear solutions. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable the customer service team was. Usually I email questions and get quick answers, so I hardly ever need to call.     Switched to a new 2nd line provider

    I was all like, "So long, old second line provider! Hello, iPlum!" Their app is awesome, I can easily keep my work and personal contacts separate, and texting is a breeze. The virtual assistants give super clear instructions too! And best part? No more annoying spam calls!     Used app for business phone.

    I tried using the app for my business phone, but I didn't like it at all. It was super clunky! I couldn't even scroll through a message I was typing without deleting it by accident. Like, seriously, what's up with that? And it's so frustrating that I couldn't text on the web. Also, when I wanted to switch my number from the app, they wanted $19.99. That's just not cool!

    hipaa compliant fax line

    I bought this number to have a fax line that follows the hipaa rules for my private practice. It does the job fine, but I wish Iplum would give me a list of faxes I've sent and received in my account. Not having this feature is a downside for me because I like to have everything in one spot. In general, it's an okay service but it could be better.

    Troublesome service set up

    I was having some issues getting my service set up, so the calls weren't coming through. I reached out to customer support through email, but the first suggestion they gave me didn't do the trick. When I told them it didn't work, we set up a time for a phone call.     VoIP Service Dissatisfaction

    I'm really not happy with the VoIP service I bought. I tried contacting the company several times to get some help with using it properly, but I didn't get much help and it left me feeling frustrated. I asked to talk to someone in real-time for support, but I found out that wasn't an option. As a paying customer, it's disappointing to not get the help I needed to make the most of the service. On top of that, I missed important calls from clients because I didn't get any notifications, which just made me more frustrated and unhappy. Even though the service seemed good at first, the lack of real-time customer support for those who need it made it a bad fit for me.

    Non-working purchased number, lack of assistance

    We recently got a number from your service for our company and were really happy when we got an email saying the number was all set and good to go. But, much to our disappointment, the number ended up not working at all. It caused a big problem for us because we had already paid for ads with this number, only to find out it's not functional. The ads had already been printed and sent out, resulting in a $712.00 loss. Even though we asked for help, we got an unprofessional reply and no real solution. It was really inconvenient that the customer service closes at 6pm, especially since it's almost the weekend.

    I reached out to them for a local number, but they didn't have any numbers in my area. However, the customer service rep did their best to assist me. I'm happy with the help I got and can't wait to use this feature for my business.
