I reached out to a company rep for help with some filing, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The rep, Zainab I think her name was, was super helpful and quick to address all my concerns. She was so respectful, kind of soft-spoken, and really made me feel taken care of. Zainab's customer service skills are top-notch, and I think she should be training the rest of the staff. I usually don't leave reviews, but credit where credit is due, 1st Formations is really lucky to have Zainab on their team. Thanks a lot, Zainab, for your awesome help.

Hoodie purchase for Christmas gift
I'm so frustrated right now. I can't believe I fell for the empty promises of the customer service team at this company. I actually talked to a real person who assured me my order would arrive before Christmas, but surprise surprise, I get an email a few days later saying it's been cancelled. It's so frustrating how they weren't honest with me. Now I have to hurry and find a new gift at the last minute. It's just really disappointing. Don't make the same mistake I did, be careful with what they say!

Blendtec Twister Jar
I just bought the twister jar from this company, and I was really let down by how poorly it was packaged and how dirty it was when I got it. The twister jar was just put in a plastic bag without any protection, so it was all banged up during shipping. The red silicone spatula had hair on both sides, and the gripper lid was missing. When I reached out to the company through what's app, Andy, one of the staff members, gave me a bunch of excuses and was totally unprofessional. Andy never called me back after I left a message, and he made offensive comments about a new staff member's ethnicity and hair. That kind of behavior is not okay at all, and it's clear they need to work on their professionalism and customer service.

I just bought some herbal supplements from this website and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The prices were good and my order arrived super fast. Everything was in great shape, just like I asked for. The shipping cost was a little steep, but it still worked out to be a bit cheaper than other sites.
