The Not On The High Street site was a bit tricky to navigate, almost like it hadn't been checked over properly. The wording seemed off, like it was written by a computer instead of a person. This caused some confusion, because the system kept calling my order "1 Item" even though I had actually ordered two things. It made me unsure about what was actually coming in my package until it showed up. Also, I spotted a spelling mistake on the site, where "expiration" was written as "expirate." These software issues really need to be fixed to make the whole buying experience smoother.

I was pretty disappointed with my purchase on this site. It was hard to talk to the sellers, and the site was a bit tough to figure out. I tried to make a change to my order right after I paid, but they ended up sending me the wrong thing anyways. It took forever for the product to get to me, and when it finally did, I was not happy with how the watercolour and frame looked. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from this place.

Late delivery, damaged gift, no response from customer service
My recent purchase showed up late and the gift was sent without any protection, so it ended up getting all damaged. I tried to get in touch with the company twice, but no luck, didn't hear back at all. Overall, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and I've made up my mind not to use their services again.
First purchase disappointment
So, yeah, I ordered something from this place for the first time, eh? It arrived on time and the packaging was super cute and everything. But when I opened it, I was like, ugh, this is not what I wanted at all. So, I had to contact the customer service, and even tried reaching out to the seller, but no response from them, pretty rude, eh? They said I had to pay to send it back. Like, seriously? Most places would allow you to return items if you're not happy with them. Anyway, I was so upset, I was gonna give them a 1-star rating, but then the customer service person replied fairly quickly, so I ended up giving them 2 stars. First time shopping with them and definitely the last time, no thank you.

I ordered this sweet engraved gift for my wife for our anniversary. They told me it would arrive by Thursday, but it didn't come. I got an email saying it would be delayed until Friday. I was disappointed because our anniversary had already happened. Not impressed, not at all. I wouldn't suggest using them if you want your stuff on time.

I bought a golden wedding anniversary present for my best friend on this website. But, when I went to pay with PayPal, the payment wouldn't go through. I emailed the company for help, but didn't get a good response. So, I couldn't buy the gift and had to find another one. I was let down by the company's customer service and lack of communication.

I ordered a personalized wooden sign from this website not too long ago, but sadly, it never showed up. The seller says they sent it to the wrong address, which is really annoying and upsetting. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

The post office had no info until it was out for delivery. So annoying not being able to get in touch with someone about this mess. Thinking I might not shop here again.
