Son's birthday gift
I ordered a gift for my son's birthday and needed to tweak the text on it a bit. Let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! They made the changes I asked for with no hassle at all, and I was over the moon with how the final product turned out. I'll definitely be returning to this site for more gifts down the road!
Pebble picture
I picked up this really neat pebble picture from a sweet little local company called Gracefully Gifted. They were absolutely awesome, always sending me emails to keep me in the loop. The coolest part was that it arrived early, totally unexpected. I'd for sure buy from them again!
Personalized jewelry purchase
The seller's customer service was top-notch, always quick and attentive with my questions. The quality of the product actually surpassed what I expected, so I was really happy with both the item and the seller. But, I did run into some issues while trying to place my order on the website. The Not On The High Street site was a bit tricky to navigate, almost like it hadn't been checked over properly. The wording seemed off, like it was written by a computer instead of a person. This caused some confusion, because the system kept calling my order "1 Item" even though I had actually ordered two things. It made me unsure about what was actually coming in my package until it showed up. Also, I spotted a spelling mistake on the site, where "expiration" was written as "expirate." These software issues really need to be fixed to make the whole buying experience smoother.
Necklace for husband's birthday
I ordered a necklace for my husband's birthday and it's MIA! It was supposed to be here by the 2nd, but no sign of it. I tried reaching out to Not On The High Street and the seller, but no luck. The post office had no info until it was out for delivery. So annoying not being able to get in touch with someone about this mess. Thinking I might not shop here again.
Cakesicles and entrance mat
Not gonna lie, Not on the High Street blew me away with their amazing service. So, I had a little hiccup with my order, but this awesome lady named Behiye from customer service totally saved the day. She fixed the mistake like a boss, and my new and improved order arrived super fast. And get this - I didn't even have to send back the wrong item! That's some serious dedication to keeping customers happy right there.
Oh, and can we talk about the entrance mat I got? Seriously top-notch quality. It totally elevated the vibe of my home decor, adding a touch of class. Pot unicorn with chia seeds
I got this cute little unicorn planter for my granddaughter, thinking it would sprout some grass all over it thanks to the chia seeds it comes with. But when I opened the package, the chia seeds were nowhere to be found! I was pretty let down. I've been watering it and keeping it by the window like it says to, but so far, nothing's happening. It just looks sad and boring without any grass on it.
Wall Art Print
The art print I bought from here was really great quality - the design was so nice and the print came out really clear. But, I was kind of bummed out by the delivery info. The website said it would come by a certain date, but it ended up being sent with a service that hasn't been super reliable before. So, I didn't get the print in time for when I wanted to use it. The print itself was awesome, but the delivery estimate being off was a bit of a disappointment.
