After having the Universal Smartphone Mount, Pro Version, Black for about a year, the locking system of the clamp broke. I contacted the company while it was still under warranty, and in a few days, they checked the damage and sent me a new piece right away. They were really fast and polite, and were there to assist with fixing the problem. Thanks a lot.

I ordered an accent chair for $78 and they said it would come the next day. But then 2 days go by and I get an email saying my order got canceled because of some processing problem. When I called to ask about it, they told me to reorder it for $407! I'm really upset about this, it's not fair at all.

So I canceled my subscription but I still got charged, you know? I was really annoyed because I thought everything was all sorted out. And then they were asking about my delivery even though I already canceled. Plus, I can't even turn off notifications which is really irritating. I tried to give feedback but they didn't even respond! And you have to email them to cancel but they don't even reply to that either. Hopefully, they see this review and actually take action because it's not cool, man.

OMG, I just got this incredible bedsheets set and they are so soft and luxurious! I always thought you had to pay a lot for good quality, but I was totally wrong. These sheets feel like I'm sleeping in a fancy hotel every night, they're that good. Definitely worth the money!
