Perfume subscription purchase
I recently signed up for this perfume subscription service and I gotta say, I've been pleasantly surprised by all the different scents I've got to try. Fragrance review

I bought some scents from SB recently and I'm pretty happy with them. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow returns for scents you don't like. I really enjoyed the first scent I got, but the second one wasn't for me. I get why the company is worried about people taking advantage of a return policy, but it would be great if subscribers could return a scent for free once or twice a year, or after buying a certain number. It wouldn't be too much for the company, and customers wouldn't be stuck with scents they don't like.

I got my third perfume from Scentbird and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with any of them. The scents just haven't really been my style and I've been left feeling let down every time. So, I've decided to cancel my subscription because I don't want to keep spending my money on stuff that doesn't live up to what I want. I think I'll have better luck finding a fragrance I really like if I just go to a physical store instead of taking a chance with online orders. Scentbird might work for some folks, but from what I've experienced, it's just not the right fit for me.
Terrible customer experience
Your customer service is just terrible. I can't believe how incompetent and frustrating your company is. Your app is so hard to use, it's like you're trying to make things complicated on purpose. I asked for masculine scents, but got women's perfumes instead, every time. You're not even paying attention to what I'm asking for. And the pricing - you told me one thing and then charged me something completely different. Cancelling the subscription is nearly impossible, it's like a maze. Do you even care about keeping customers? Because your actions show otherwise. Avoid this company to save yourself the trouble.
Summer scents
I really love the summer scents I got from Scentbird. They are just perfect for this warmer weather and give off a tropical vibe that I really like. Scentbird is just the worst. I ordered some perfume and it never showed up. I waited forever, only to find out it got lost during shipping. And then Scentbird had the nerve to tell me to wait even longer. So frustrating! It's a complete scam, avoid it at all costs.

Cancelled Subscription Charged
So I canceled my subscription but I still got charged, you know? I was really annoyed because I thought everything was all sorted out. And then they were asking about my delivery even though I already canceled. Plus, I can't even turn off notifications which is really irritating. I tried to give feedback but they didn't even respond! And you have to email them to cancel but they don't even reply to that either. Hopefully, they see this review and actually take action because it's not cool, man.
Scent delivery
I gotta give props where they're due, the delivery service from this company is fantastic. The package always comes right on time and in great shape. But, the other day I got a perfume that made me feel so sick. It was a bummer because I couldn't stand wearing it for more than a minute. Not the company's fault, but definitely a waste of money for me.
