CommunicationI was super pumped to give Scentbird a try because they have so many different perfumes to choose from. I thought it would be awesome to get a new scent every month without having to buy a huge bottle. But, my recent run-in with their customer service was pretty disappointing. One of the perfumes I wanted was out of stock, so my order was just sitting there saying "processing" for a whole month. No one from Scentbird bothered to let me know or provide a fix for the problem.
