I tried out their professional connect platform and it has been a total mess. Lots of errors, no payments, and customer service is not responding. I was planning to renew, but not anymore. I want a refund and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

I got a super relaxing massage at a wellness center not too long ago. The therapist was super nice, really friendly, and very professional, which made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. My last time at the salon was amazing. The hair stylist I had was so good at what she does. She used gentle and ammonia-free products to give me the perfect hair colour. She took great care of my hair and did a fantastic job with the blow dry. Even though my hair is thick and wavy, she handled it with ease. I left feeling happy and confident with how my hair looked. I had a great time and can't wait for my next appointment at the salon.
Went to a beauty salon for a massage
I went to this fancy salon for a massage, eh. The lady there was so nice, she explained everything to me before starting. The place was clean and the massage was so relaxing, I felt amazing after. She even talked about aftercare and gave me a little treat when I left. I could see a small change in my body shape too. For sure going back there in the future, eh.

I just had a reiki session with this amazing practitioner named Bree. The moment I stepped into her place, I instantly felt a wave of peace and calm wash over me. The soothing vibes during the session really rejuvenated me and left me feeling super energized. I would definitely suggest Bree to anyone wanting to give reiki a try. Thanks a lot.
Booking without confirmation
I'm really upset about the service I received. I couldn't believe it when they took payment before confirming my booking and without asking for a security code. My card info was filled in automatically, but I didn't go through with the booking. I was browsing for other massage places near me when I found out that the booking was actually made under someone else's name. This is not okay at all.
Disastrous experience
This company is a total disaster! Since they moved me to a new platform, I've had non-stop problems like missing payments, reviews disappearing, and sending wrong appointment info to my clients. I can't even reach my account manager because they're ignoring my emails and the chat on the app is no help at all. I'm so fed up and just want to close my account and get my money back, but Treatwell is making it unnecessarily hard. Stay away from this company and save yourself the trouble.

I can't believe how cheeky this online booking platform is! They really overcharge at 35%+VAT from the partner salons and their customer service is just terrible. It's so hard to reach them directly, you can only fill out an online form and then wait forever for a reply. Partner salons are really getting shafted by using this platform. Why even have a platform like this if all it does is take advantage of business owners?

I was so impressed by my experience using this platform. Booking my hair appointment was a breeze, and the service I got was fantastic. I can't see myself going anywhere else, especially with Alexandra leading the way. She was always there to assist me with any problems, and honestly, she's amazing. Huge thanks to her! 👌🏼

I can't even give this service a zero rating because they don't allow it. Honestly, it's the worst app for booking appointments, and their attitude is terrible. I tried it out for a month, didn't see any results, and when I tried to cancel, they said no and told me to wait it out. They pretty much force you to keep using their service and keep paying those monthly fees, plus a hefty 30% commission on any clients they send your way. It's just a total mess. I even filed a complaint since I couldn't cancel my subscription after sending them 5 emails - they don't even have a contact phone number, only calling you instead. I recommend using Booksy instead, it's way better.

I've been trying to solve a problem for the last 4 months, but I haven't gotten any help despite reaching out many times. It's hard to contact them because there's no phone number or email available. It's better to just contact the salon you want to book with on your own instead of using this platform.

I booked an appointment at a hair salon online, but don't want to say which one. After my appointment, I got an email saying I didn't show up, so I contacted them right away. I was at the salon for over 4 hours and ended up paying more than I was supposed to. The platform said they would talk to the salon about it, but then said I didn't actually book through them, so I couldn't leave a review. It was really unprofessional and frustrating. Not only was there confusion with the booking, but my hair didn't turn out well, maybe because of the mix-up. I'm disappointed with how unclear and unreliable the whole process was, and it makes me doubt the platform's reviews.
Spa service
I gotta say, I tried out this spa service through this platform and man, was I let down big time. At first, it all seemed great - they offered rewards and you could pay in advance for treatments. But then, after a year, all my points disappeared before I could even use them for a voucher like they said. Feels like a total rip-off and shows they really don't care about their customers.
