I cancelled straight away because I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time, and I assumed I could rebook. Weirdly, the charge still went through for the full treatment even though I never walked in. So I’m out about $20 and a bit annoyed. I’ve had dermaplaning before and I love the way it makes my skin feel: super smooth, foundation sits better, and my moisturizer soaks in. That’s why I wanted this appointment — part of my quick morning routine before meetings. I’ve tried live chat and phoned the salon but haven’t got a clear response yet. I get tech hiccups, sure, but when you cancel immediately a refund should be simple. Hoping they sort this and refund the fee soon, honestly; otherwise I’d try a different spot next time because the treatment itself is great.

My card info was filled in automatically, but I didn't go through with the booking. I was browsing for other massage places near me when I found out that the booking was actually made under someone else's name. This is not okay at all.

I can't believe how cheeky this online booking platform is! They really overcharge at 35%+VAT from the partner salons and their customer service is just terrible. It's so hard to reach them directly, you can only fill out an online form and then wait forever for a reply. Partner salons are really getting shafted by using this platform. I even filed a complaint since I couldn't cancel my subscription after sending them 5 emails - they don't even have a contact phone number, only calling you instead. I recommend using Booksy instead, it's way better.
